In addition to the previous comments why can't I sort users in a Team Alphabetically or any other way for that matter.

Is it embarrassing that Start up companies have features that you can't get working after years and billions of dollars spent?

At our school, we run lessons using chat functionality remotely and need to know if our students are online to ensure they are following the lesson. Surely this is an easy thing to implement and it is nuts that it is has been supposedly worked on since 2018???? Big companies too often fail to listen to their user base.

hey this is critical as heck to making this a production system, this simple list gui WAS LYNC. why cant we get this in a standalone window even, which would be much better than no possibility of it. heck even slack can do this...

Like the post below 3.5 years is very long. Is there a date for this feature?

How long can this possibly take? It's been 3 and a half years.

I would also like to see this as soon as practical - we are just switching from slack and in many ways I prefer Teams.. but this feels like a gaping hole in the functionality

plz add ASAP.
this is a very basic feature that EVERY APP has.

This needs to be a permission in Teams admin, or on Team/channel level.
In our case we use Teams with suppliers/guests, and we dont want them to know who is in the team and/or channel, especially guest accounts. We dont want them to see each others names and email addresses. -

OMG, cannot believe i'm being forced to use such a lame software, I've used Slack and Teams is ****. I cannot view my **** members of the room.. I rather use 90s iIRC chat vs this piece of ****. OMG that's a feature that's mostly needed to see who the **** is in the room, and who's available.

It would be also good to highlight guest in such a list.
