Hi there, you’ve reached the user feedback site for Microsoft Teams. It’s managed by our Customer Advocacy Team inside Microsoft Teams Engineering led by Karuana Gatimu. Here’s how to get your voice heard:
1 — VOTE for existing ideas (this will also subscribe you to the idea’s status updates)

  1. Issue with guests reentering Teams meetings and bypassing the lobby

    • Navigate to the Teams admin center
    • Navigate to the tab “meetings” then “meeting policies”
    • In there they should have a “global policy” that we can edit (they would just have to click it)
    • From here Navigate to “participants & guest” and change “automatically admit people” from “everyone” to “everyone in the Organization”
    • Then also change “allow dial-in user to bypass the lobby” to “off”
    If the Guest user be admitted at the first he joined the meeting, then he left the call and rejoin. The Guest will automatically bypass the lobby, this is concerning from…
