  2. Set hours of operation in Shifts.

    I don't need to see about 12 hours out of the day and would make it less cluttered. It would be great to be able to say we are open 7:45-7:15 and edit to narrow down to scheduling just during those hours. Then, that is all I could see. Also, we are closed all day Sunday.

  3. Exportar Registro horario a nivel de usuario

    Que el usuario pueda exportar su registro horario particular. En la actualidad sólo se puede a nivel de equipo. Gracias

  4. Show users their Time Sheet activity in desktop Teams

    On the mobile app for Teams, we can clock in/out and see our Time Sheet. This shows the current status (ie clocked in for 1 hour) and gives the ability to edit or confirm. Please add the Time Sheet features to the desktop teams.

  5. Share Shifts Across Teams Schedules

    USE CASE: General In/Out of Office availability. We use a calendar which each team member indicates being in/out/travelling for a given day.
    To meet requirements of the above Use Case using Shifts, it would be good to have the ability for a person to add a shift which is reflected/shared in all "Shifts Schedules" across all Teams to which the person belongs.
    So, no matter which Teams Shifts Schedule is being viewed, a given person's shift assignment would be shown.
    A suggested solution could include an enhancing the Shift Sharing feature to allow a shift, or shifts, to be shared: …

  6. Option to notify approvers when requests are sent in the Teams Shifts app

    ■Description(内容):
    シフト アプリにて、ユーザーから送信されたリクエストは、二次承認として承認者による "マネージャーの承認" が必要になります。
    また、リクエストを承認する際には承認者がリクエスト タブを能動的に見に行く必要があるため、リクエストの送信から承認までタイムラグが発生します。
    このため、リクエストが送信された際に承認者へ通知される機能の実装を希望します。

    In the Shifts app, “Manager approval” means that user requests need to be approved by an approver as a form of secondary authentication.
    However, since approvers need to open up the request tab in order to issue approval for requests, there is a time lag between requests being sent and them being approved.
    Please add a function to notify approvers when a request has been sent.

  7. Define Clock in/out Parameters

    The ability to define the clock in/out parameters would be helpful. For example, if an employee is scheduled to start work at 9:00 AM, a manager could set a restriction for the earliest clock-in time being 5 minutes before the start of the shift. This helps keep employee pay in-line with their schedule, and encourages them to start work when their shift actually starts.

  9. "conflict" in shifts

    there needs to be a more telling marking than "conflict" in the Shifts-Overview or a information, what causes the conflic ... like absentee-time, vacation, other booked shift e.g.

    Microsoft Teams シフトアプリの位置検出機能について、現時点では、事前に指定した座標に対してタイムレコーダーを勤務開始、終了したか否かの判断、確認を行うだけの機能です。
    今後の機能拡張の要望として、実際にユーザーが位置していた座標を記録する機能があると管理する上で非常に便利です。
    機能の実装を希望します。

    At present, the Teams Shifts app’s location detection function only monitors a pre-set location in order to track the start and end of work for the timecard.
    It would be convenient if the function would also record the coordinates of users’ actual locations.
    Please add this functionality.

  11. Sorting Options For Owners in Shifts

    Allow us to sort people by currently having a shift assigned and people who don't have shifts assigned be at the bottom of the screen to avoid massive gaps.

  14. Set the default as no groups filtered rather than them all - prevents CPU spike and slowness.

    By default, all groups are filtered in when opening the app and that causes a massive spike in CPU as its trying to pull in all data. Would it not be better to start with nothing filtered as the user can then select what they want to see without having to wait 2 or 3 minutes for everything to load.

  15. Teams Shifts Connectors: Add schedulingGroup into ListShifts and GetShift

    Please could we have SchedulingGroup included in each shift that is returned using the Logic App Connector - Teams Shifts (List Shifts and Get Shift).
    Shifts are grouped by SchedulingGroup and it would be helpful to be able to identify which shift is within which Scheduling Group.

  16. Save custom filters in Shifts

    When selecting members in the filter, it would be good to be able to save this as a custom filter, as we have several groups of staff using the same shift pattern, but a limited total number of shifts and all need to be within one rota.

  17. Scrolling left to right in Shifts

    When scrolling left to right in shifts when it is windowized, the staff names do not drag along so you cannot tell whose shift you are editing at the end of the list. It makes it difficult to have multiple windows open and edit the shifts at the same time. The names should detach and move left to right as you scroll.

  18. Use Shifts to assign desks (Desk Sharing / Not to many people at the office during Corona)

    In our office, due to Corona, we are not allowed to use all desk so we can keep our distance.
    We use Shifts to assign desks to people.
    We use Open Shifts and named them with a desk number. People can request an Open Shift Desk.

    It would be nice if it's possible to give an shift (desk in this case) back as Open Shift so someone else can take it.

  19. Looking for an ability to enter various rotation/roles for 6 months out for the team

    In my team we have a shift schedule for 6 different roles. We enter the shift data, person and role for up to 6 months out. Today we use shared Outlook calendar and we can import from an Excel sheet and build the schedule very quickly for 6 month out. Would like to have this ability in Teams

  20. Create Shifts Time Clock Dashboard

    I set up a log-in tool in powerapps for our office but would happily switch to shifts as a solution. However, one advantage of the powerapp is that everyone can easily see for what kind of activity (shift/day off etc) and where everyone curently is. If there was a way to have a status dashboard based on the time clock information, that would be great.
