  1. Provide Teams Renewal reports or admin tools

    Admins may need to know when Teams are due for renewal, and should be able to manage renewals - such as renewing a Team for the owner and generate a report of all teams that will require renewal in the next x days.

  2. Allow us to retrieve same audit log when specifying the certain RecordType of Search-UnifiedAuditLog cmdlet

    We cannot currently specify the RecordType of "MicrosoftTeamsAddOns" and "MicrosoftTeamsSettingsOperation" when we run the Search-UnifiedAuditLog cmdlet after 6th August 2019.
    Now, there is no alternative RecordType of them. Therefore, I would strongly request you to improve the behavior or roll back for the feature to allow us to retrieve the audit log which brings same result of specifying "MicrosoftTeamsAddOns" and "MicrosoftTeamsSettingsOperation".

  3. I would like to obtain the Calls and Meetings data via PowerShell

    It would be great if we could obtain the report data such as Channel messages, Chat messages, Calls and Meetings via PowerShell. Though we can see the data from Microsoft 365 admin center > Reports > Usage > Microsoft Teams user activity.

  4. Add an Azure AD role for Teams Reporting

    In order for people to view Teams reports, currently you have to be a Team Service Admin. Please add the ability to view reports as a separate role so viewing reports can be delegated to other people other than Teams Service Admins. Alternatively, add viewing reports to the existing Teams Service Support Specialist role.

  5. Retrieve a report data of inactive teams and their owners

    When I go to Microsoft Teams admin center > Analytics & reports > Teams usage > Run report, I would like to retrieve data of inactive teams and their owners.

  6. Want to customize the outputs in Teams usage report

    It would be great if I could customize outputs retrieved from Microsoft Teams usage report, because the outputs we need is not included in the current reporting data.

    I have just looked at the report and there is a lot of Activity under 'Other Activity' outside of chat, channels, meetings, etc. What is included in this?

  8. Obtain the data in Dashboard by using API or CSV

  9. Need a detailed analysis feature for Teams network connectivity

    I would request a detailed analysis feature for network connectivity for Teams. I would like to find out what caused network disconnection during the video conference, and how it occurred etc. It would be great if we could identify which point on the network was the cause of trouble.

  11. Make Storage Metrics visible for Team Owners

    The storage metrics (storage utilization, quota) can be found on any site collection under Site Collection Administration. However, only the Site Collection admins can view them; there seems to be no feature available to make these metrics visible for any of the 'plain' Team's users.

    Please make the above-mentioned storage metrics available at least to the Team owners, without requiring admin rights!

    Reason for this uservoice: We had several cases where Team members and owners were caught by surprise with a sudden "Storage limit reached" notification.

  12. Call Detail Record (CDR/SMDR) for Teams - Call Accounting

    In Skype for Business 'on-premise' we have the lcsCDR database in the monitor server commonly used for 'Call Accounting' style reporting such as on-billing, internal cost assignment, compliance auditing and management reporting.

    So far in O365 SfB and Teams we have not seen access to CDR, are there any hints regarding this or is it being planned for please?

  14. A feature to obtain the date for the last activity such as file sharing or chatting per team

    We can check Teams usage on Microsoft Teams admin center but can’t review the last activity date or what activity has been done. Because I want to know more detailed information for activities in Teams, so I would like you to implement a feature to obtain the date for the last activity and what activity has been done.

  16. When we began using this service we could hear an indicator there was an incoming call. We've checked our end and we're fine. PLEASE HELP!

    Please fix the sound indicator on your system! There is no indication there's an incoming call. we have checked our end and everything is fine. It was working but is no longer. If this is not fixed we will be forced to abandon this system!!!!!

  20. Teams is ridiculous and useless.

    YOU'RE MAKING ME USE 3 PROGRAMS JUST TO HAVE A CONVERSATION. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I just want to sign in to skype for business and chat with my client, but NO. Now I have to have Teams downloaded to IM, but still Skype to call them, and then Outlook to send an email. You're ridiculous.
