  1. A function for user to set preferred time intervals to switch presence status

    It would be great if users can set their preferred time intervals till their presence status become Away.

  2. Different status color when user is busy/in meeting while different when in call

    Different status color when user is busy/in meeting while different when in call - It will help decide if user to be called directly (as of now it is not clear from status if user should be called)

  3. In Call (Mobile) Presence When In Cellular Call

    I am not sure if this is possible, but it would be wonderful for presence within MS Teams to reflect availability or presence based on whether or not a user is active on their phone -- and in particular if the user is in a cellular call.

  4. Display only active contacts

    In skype we had the option to display only active contacts, folks not online would not appear in the contact lit.

  5. I would like you to add a timer to the "be right back" status so it goes back to available automatically. I always forget to put back.

  7. Show person status "like in a meeting" and "in a call" with out hover over contact.

    I would be nice to have an indication on the contact list next to the name "in a call" or "in a meeting". Right now the only way to find out is to hover over the name in the chat. Because of that a lot of colleagues trying to call person already on the call. Not very ergonomic design of the interface.

  8. Isolate the presence status from other services to show certain status

    I would like to always show certain status (Available or Busy) as my presence regardless of the presence info from other services such as calendar.

  9. Status description of contact in header

    Additional field or line under name of contact of specific status. Normally we based status on the colored dot on lower right of photo, but it would be a lot helpful if you could also include "In a call" or "In a meeting" below the name of contact for better communication. Thanks. Appreciate if you could consider this.

  10. Associate user presence in other application using Teams client

    The following article says that, to show presence in other applications, Skype for Business must be installed. But I don’t want to use Skype for Business, so it would be great if you can improve this behavior to use Teams for user presence association with other applications.

  11. Create Custom Org wide status with icons

    It would be nice to be able to create a group of custom org wide status or custom statuses that also use icons. Example could be "Working Remotely" with a House icon. Or out sick with a Sick emoji icon. the icons should be displayed for a person in the Chat area of beside the users name

  12. member presenence

    It would be great to be able to easily see who is online (presence information) when posting a message in a channel. Currently you have to navigate to the members settings to see who is online/active. Having a summary view in the Team/channel would be helpful.

  13. Presence based routing not available

    Hi All,

    I have had this discussion with Microsoft Support and they have confirmed that this is currently not available. At the moment we have a call queue that is set to Attendant Routing so it calls everyone in the group when a call comes in to the office. Currently this means whenever the phone rings, each persons Desktop Phone (Polycom VX410/411), Desktop PC and Mobile phone rings.

    We were recently swapped across to Teams in the backend and took the opportunity to move away from Slack and bring everything into the one tool. That part of it is great,…

  14. Associate your dial in presence tile with your app presence tile, so your webcam is brought forward when you talk

    The problem is this, in short: Our conference room audio system is a permanently installed speaker and microphone array spanning 2 rooms and is separate from my computer and requires us to DIAL IN to Teams meetings bridge to join a meeting. When I dial in to start a meeting from a wired telephone, and put in MY PIN, I need it to tie that presence to MY account reliably instead of showing 2 different meeting attendees in the meeting attendee list; one for my actual account, and one for the number I dialed in from.   15. Incorporate time into status, i.e. "away 10 minutes"

    Similar to Skype for Business, include time with the status. For instance, "Away 10 minutes".

  17. Status option

    There should be an option provided to select and set one particular status and it should remain same until changed manually (the way skype provides option to set availability).
    Also, timeline to set away status should be changeable.
    Sometimes app displays the duration for how long the person is away and sometime it just displays away status. This should be controllable.

    El reloj de fichar solicita una ubicación esperada, para poder disponer de la grabación de la ubicación del empleado al fichar .
    Sería genial que tan sólo registrara la ubicación (sea cua sea) en el momento de fichar al empezar o acabar su turno.

  20. Allow users to customize away presence timeout

    Allow users to customize away presence timeout like the options in the Skype client. Add: Show me inactive when my computer has been idle for this many minutes. Also Add: Change my status from inactive to Away after this many minutes.
