  3. Emoji

It would be good if you added more emoji's overall. All kinds if different emotions and Work and Office related too like a ringing phone, computer screen with "Error" on it, ect.

  5. Stop replacing things such as :) or D: for emojis.

It's not just bad for the actual use of the smiley face, but sometimes you need to talk about things that require those and you end up needing to find loopholes to express some thing. It should be a toggleable feature

  6. Colour emojis please especially for the thumbs up

I am a person of colour and have purchased Teams for my colleagues. Half of my team are people of colour. Can we have different colour emojis that reflect workforces please?

  7. Set default Question Mark with Emoji

I feel sometimes like getting blamed when I am asked questions from questioners (mostly co-workers) on Microsoft Teams, though the questioner has no intention to blame me. If everybody uses emoji "?" (like a pink color question mark or a cute version question mark), not normal "?", it would relieve the tense and might be great for better communication.

  8. Give kudos to user video windows during meeting/conference

During a call with multiple video callers, allow users to give kudos, "thumbs, smiley, lol, nice, agree, yes, no, etc..." to the speaking/active video window. This way people can contribute to the meeting without having to disrupt the speaker.

  10. Some users may consider this GIF insensitive

This GIF is seen on the Microsoft Teams' page for accepting any new member requests. The drawing of the person in a meditative pose has a Hindu/Buddhist religious connotation and should not be used ... just as Microsoft wouldn't use a Christian kneeling for prayer or a Muslim sitting for Prayer as part of a GIF.

  11. Streaming Emojis like Facebook Stories

Provide emoji buttons; laugh, applause, check marks, Xs, etc...so when the presenter makes a joke or looks for a response from a video and everyone is on mute, the presenter gets to see all the reactions/responses. It helps give the presenter visual feedback and not make the presentation so sterile.

  14. More “reaction/read” emojis

My workmates and team love the reaction emojis and often use them to confirm that something is read. More choices, or maybe one that’s an arrow down list that lets you select from more, would be great. ie: 🤘

  16. Reaction Icons Something to signify No

Often people ask a question e.g. Who has this file open.
Everyone then writes no or something appropriate to the question. If people could react to show they have read the question with something that signifies "Not Me / No" The we would only need to see the significant response to a question rather than 26 irrelevant answers.

  18. coffee emote addition to the list of quick reactions

In the list of quick reactions to messages, I feel it would be nice to have the coffee symbol as one of the reactions. It would be more fun than a thumbs up but not as forward as a heart feels.

  19. **** emoji with sound effect

I have recently encountered a need to post a reaction emoji that doesn't exist. Specifically, I need a emoji. I ended up using the heart emoji but it doesn't really have the same impact. Also, if the emoji could produce a **** notification sound when posted, that would be ideal. Keep up the great work Teams devs!

  20. Give Us Uncensored GIFs

Seriously, this needs to happen. Give us an option for the full use of Giphy regardless of what the content is. The only options I have are moderate and strict filers, which basically give me nothing I would want to send anyone. We are all adults, and some workplaces have vastly different cultures where what may be NSFW for some, is completely welcome in our workplace. Give us the option, don't just outright censor us.
