  2. Would like to see the "If unanswered" also on the "Forward my calls" option

    On Forward my calls include option "If Unanswered" like in the Calls ring me. Users have calls ring no answer
    Today had calls Forward to a call group that was set to ring in order...call continued to bounce back and forth between both users - never went to anyone's voice mail.

  3. Call merging - come on, it's a basic feature!

    On a call when another person calls me. I answer (putting the original call on hold) but then want to be able to merge the two calls.

    I could do it in SfB but can't in Teams - seriously??!!

  4. Option for shared history for call logs

    At the moment when I look at my call log, it shows that I have a missed call when a colleague has picked up the call. this is creating the confusion. I need to be able to see my call log on my own, BUT also have option of call log view of team so that if someone in my team pick up the call there is no confusion

  5. Call Queue position notification for Caller

    Provide the option of notifying the Caller of their position in the Call Queue in the On Hold music.

  6. Volume control for individual users in the call

    The ability to control the output volume of another user. This would only effect the output on my end. In addition a mute feature that does not mute the participant for the entire call but only mutes them on my end.

    This is a feature a lot of other applications have such as discord. I find it very useful when a user is hard to hear or very loud.

  7. unmute secondary ringer if muted

    Please make It possible to enable "unmute secondary ringer if muted" like it is possible to do in Skype for business in audio device settings.

  9. Meeting join options

    It would be great to have Teams remember my join settings (whether I want to join via PC audio or phone) and in case of phone, remember my default number to call.

  11. Answering via Call Groups (6 or more people) allow ringing in order in 20sec interval option

    In a situation of answering Calls via a Call Group, If the call group has six or more people, allow incoming calls to ring in order in 20-seconds interval and not automatically ring all people from the call group at the same time. Thanks in advance.

  12. Allow Audio Conferencing Add On to Business Essentials Plans

    I have a Business Essentials Account and want to add an Audio Conferencing License so that I can have call in users attend Teams meetings. This is blocked and reserved for only enterprise licenses E1 and E3. I ended up going outside Microsoft and setup a WebEx account to meet my need. They also have WebEx Teams product that does most of what you do for free.

  13. Better PSTN Calling Plan And Conferencing Options For Light Users

    Please consider the following revisions to the PSTN calling plan options:

    These changes will allow for greater Teams adoption from "light users" (i.e. users that use Teams PSTN on an irregular basis as a backup mode of communication).

  14. Busy Tone for internal callers

    Similar to Busy on Busy but instead of rejecting the call or sending it to voicemail, enable a different ringback tone for internal callers when the recipient is on a call. Nothing special but something different.
    In our call center, staff consult and transfer incoming calls and the line rings and rings because the recipient is busy, on an existing call - with no audible indication, the sender believes they're just being ignored.

  15. Stop playing annoying bings during my conference calls

    During my Teams conference calls I am interrupted by frequent "bing" sounds. It's very distracting and intensely annoying. This never happened when I used to use Skype. I thought it was an incoming email notification but it isn't - it appears to just bing for no reason. Please stop.

  16. Real time translation of languages in meetings.

    It would be great if a feature to translate discussion in real time into captions.

    Ex: A discussion happening in french and an english guy attending the meeting. It would be great if he can see captions of the conevrsation happening in english on his Teams window.

  17. Add a 3rd participant to a peer-to-peer federated call

    Currently, we have no way to add an additional participant to a P2P federated call. Example, I call my customer and we want to bring in their Microsoft rep on an ad hoc basis. There is no way to do that. We have to schedule a meeting and then add the Microsoft rep. This feature was available in SFB.

  20. Change dial tone (not ring tone)

    Since our company uses teams as a phone solution, I am absolutely annoyed about the dialing tone.
    Is there an option to change this tone to a 'normal' dial tone?
