Too many windows
Please completely redesign the meeting system, I find it amazing that you have access to 2 of the most popular messenger apps of all time: Skype and MSN/Live messenger, both of which are simple, skinny width desktop apps with no unnecessary floating windows, and you end up with Teams: An app which needs 3 windows in my taskbar for a single meeting.

Reduce Storage Usage
We currently have the Teams Machine-Wide Installer deployed to 4 different Terminal Servers running Windows Server 2016. We have 100+ users spread across each of these servers with user data folders exceeding 1GB+ for each user as a result of data generated by Teams. This is causing storage constraints and potentially performance impacts. Please consider developing a dedicated program/installer for multi-user environments as this current setup is not practical.

Send a massage from a chat to "To do"
It would be nice to send a massage in a chat to do do. So you can plan it as a task (as you can do in outlook )

Activity Feed should be able to be cleared
PLEASE allow me to clear out my activity feed log in Teams, either by individual messages or completely. I prefer a clean notification section that I can easily keep track of. Right now it keeps the info in there for a month it seems

Too quick starting after closing = stale processes
When closing Teams app, at some point the UI is closed (I don't have minimize to systray enabled). However, the tasks are still running (to close up shop) and when you press/start Teams too soon, the processes become stale and I need to go to task manager to close Teams processes). Closing/starting is mostly to test things or refresh. Waiting while Teams closes (and processes closed too) before starting is the workaround.

Using the Help feature in desktop Teams, I'd like to be able to share a link to an article I've read. There is no way to share content.
I often find a helpful training topic or how to example but can't share it from the help feature in the teams desktop. I'd like to be able to grab a link to what I've just read and share it with others.

Ability to check bandwidth usage on Teams call quality dashboard
You can check the user's call quality etc. on the call quality dashboard, but you cannot check the bandwidth actually used.
If you can also check the bandwidth used, you can check the user call quality status and daily usage status from there, so we would like to implement it as a function.0 votes -
Please build a Refresh button
Teams freezes once in a while. I can already see alerts in my Outlook but the messages are visible in Teams after a delay. I cannot exit and login again because I would be in a meeting that time.
A refresh button will help which can shake Teams out of its frozen state and show me my messages in real time.

Can you actually work on all the things we've been asking for?
Or, at least give us a list of what things are actively being worked on, and how much progress in each. I don't think you want to think about how many people believe you're not doing anything at all.

Too much battery usage on iPad running iPadOS 14.4
Hi Teams,
I must say that Teams si a solid and has become a reliable App but stills has too much battery consumption. It fully drains the iPad’s battery in about 4.5 hrs. I also have to say that this happens in both of my brand new iPads.
Hope the tech team take a look into this.
Thanks!

There should be an option to open a new teams window.
There should be an option (when right-clicking on the Teams app) to open a new window. This would mean that you can have multiple teams open at once. For example, I might want to have the general tab on Team 1, and the general tab open on Team 2 at the same time. Similar to how on Teams it is possible to have the meeting open and the team open at the same time.
