  1. A streamlined way to screen share to MS Teams Hardware on the same network (ideally wirelessly) - similar to Webex Teams

Webex RoomKits make it really easy to stream to meeting room displays would love to see a really seamless experience here that minimizes latency and works well with both MacOS and Windows.

  2. Sending invites through Teams mobile application (Android, iOS, etc.)

Want to also schedule meetings through my smartphone using Teams. Removes the hassle of shifting from one application to another.

  4. Clicking on chat in recent view gets wrong chat

Several times recently on my Mac I've clicked on a chat in in the Chat > Recent view and started typing. Instead of opening the chat that I clicked on, however, Teams opened a different recent (non-pinned) chat.

In all intances that I recall where this happened, Teams was not the focused window.

The difference between clicking on a chat when Teams has focus and when it doesn't seems to make for unpredictable behavior. This is exacerbated by the fact that Teams has its own titlebar look rather than the native look, where the usual cues for focused vs. unfocused…

  5. Undercover the General Settings and Saved icons to main page to make it similiar to other web browsers

When a user wants to change the general settings or see what they saved/ favorites its buried under user picture. If possible to move it next to min, max and close of main screen. Make is similar to web browsers set up like internet explorer. This will give the user a better experience.

  6. Close app

Let me close the app. I want the app on my phone so I can get alerts during work hours but I’d like to shut it off after work is over.

  9. web cam default should be off when joining a meeting

When joining a meeting the default for your web cam should be OFF in order to save on bandwidth. It was defaulting off for the last several weeks and then all of a sudden today, it appears to be defaulting on again....so frustrating!!

  10. By making it not crash all the time

How about building an app that doesn’t crash every time I open a document and doesn’t sign me out randomly

  12. Hi - I have a suggestion for how to improve this application: when you click on a conversation or group, the mouse cursor does not automatic

Hi - I have a suggestion for how to improve this application: when you click on a conversation or group, the mouse cursor does not automatically focus on the text box. Current workflow is: click person's name, then click the text box, then type. Proposed workflow: click person's name, then start typing. Does that make sense?

  13. Integration between e-mail and card in planner (Teams integration)

E-mail from a comment on a card in Planner (Teams integration) comes from the users e-mail account. When "reply", the card is not updated - only fires off an e-mail to the other user directly. You'll have to "reply all" to get card updated. The senders e-mail should be from the Team with reference to the card for all communication on a card to be updated.

  15. This application needs to be able to work well when it's thin. In order to get a view of the conversations I need to glut allot of width.

  16. Give up?

Can we just have you guys give up on this teams stuff and reassign you back to making outlook less buggy? teams just doesnt seem to work and is extremely full of bugs. further its too complicated for most people to use and then they go and make a mess. I feel that your work is making the world worse.

  18. Incoming webhooks cards are blank on Android

Ever since an update a few weeks ago, all cards from incoming webhooks are completely blank. We went from not being able to read all of the text (it would just get cut off with a "...") to not being able to see anything at all!

  19. Hello, I would like to suggest the Teams and Chat be configurable in one window like Slack. It will make chatting and collaboration easier.
