Using a Skype Room System with an E5 license allows you to initiate a telephone call either via Skype or via Teams. When using the Teams option, you can dial a telephone # but once connected the dial pad is no longer accessible. When dialing into a conference #, this is often required in order to enter a PIN or conference code. The Skype option allows this dial pad access after a call is connected.67 votes
Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.
Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.180 votes
Make it possible to add multiple existing shifts on the same member. The only possible way seems to be on Day view or creating a new shift (not use the exisiting shift).15 votes
Adding a OneNote notebook to Teams Channel Tab - same behavior in O365 EDU desired as in O365 commercial.
I would very much appreciate the following in O365 EDU: if you select OneNote when creating a tab in a Teams channel, you will be offered the same, following options as in O365 commercial: Create a new notebook, Browse notebooks and Paste a OneNote link.
As documented in: Add a OneNote notebook to Teams
It is difficult for viewers with poor vision to see desktops that are shared. HDMeeting and other videoconferencing apps have a UI element to show the 'actual size' of the display resolution.
Users can use the zoom button to enhance the Teams call controls, but not the shared screen.29 votes
Add the time clock feature from StaffHub to help administrators and supervisors keep track of hours and personnel17 votes
The engineering team is actively working on this item. Thanks.
We want to use Shifts to align our absences in the teams. It should be possible to enter time-offs just once in one team for a team member and these time-offs are directly transferred/visible in the other teams in which this person is a member. Changes should also be done only once and be visible to all teams.17 votes
Is it possible to write an C# desktop CTI adapter that observes incoming/outgoing calls over Teams and also starts them?
Goal: Connect Existing .NET desktop CTI client with a running instance of Microsoft Teams
Is it possible with Teams SDK:
• to observe incoming PSTN calls that go trough Teams client?
• to accept or deny the incoming PSTN call?
• to observe the call status of the PSTN call (offering, connected, disconnected)?
• to initiate a new phone call with the PSTN number?36 votes
Absolutely need search capability for Wiki within Teams. A Wiki without search becomes somewhat useless as soon as you add a moderate amount of content and forces you to re-think where you want to store the information.238 votes
In order to move over to Microsoft Teams Shifts we urgently need the ability to assign an allowance for each of the time off categories.
This is to ensure the manager and the employee understand how much time off balance they have. This is something which we asked for in Staffhub which went nowhere due to the app being discontinued.
We need to be able to set the allowances in days and hours to suit each team.35 votes
When I don't have my headset on I cannot hear when somebody calls.
Should have an option to ring on a different device e.g. Skype 7.41.x. See attached.54 votes
Please add a Banana Emoji. Thank you.12 votes
I really like Teams. I do. But the current chat layout is not suited for professional chats. It's way to space consuming. It looks like something imported from MSN with smiley's that take half of the screen. I would say that Slack have nailed it because they focused on the ability keeping a tight window with lots of chat text visible. In Teams the window is full and starts scrolling after like 10 sentences.8,391 votes
This suggestion is still planned. I don’t have further updates on timing, but will share as we have them. Thanks.
Ability to have someone cover your shift entirely or just a portion. Example I need to take off 2 hours early but I only need to offer up those 2 hours to someone else. I will work the rest of the 8 hour shift.19 votes
To have days highlighted, maybe blocked out, on public holidays in Shifts.
Also the ability to add different region public holidays.21 votes
Add the functionality create channel groups. This feature would add much more clarity in big teams with many channels.
Channel Group (Development) [Collapsible]
-> Channel XYZ
-> etc..218 votes
I hate to bear bad news but this feature request has been declined by the feature team.
When I'm already on a call if a new call comes in, Teams still rings as if I'm available. It should give a busy tone, go to voicemail or just ring-out - but do it silently in the background. Or with minimal interruption. If I'm on a call it will reduce the audio to allow Teams to ring!37 votes
Presently there is no feedback to the user when using to Dial pad or /Call that the number is being normalized. Unlike in Skype 4 Business when you dial an extension number (and this gets normalized) there is no indication to the user that they are dialing a valid number before they press call
In this example I'm using 4 digit extensions and I have a normalization rule to translate 5xxx to a full number. Pressing Call will normalize and call the number, but there is no preview of the number, No reverse contact lookup etc34 votes
Add Microsoft To Do into Teams via Tab or connector. I can add WunderList but not To Do52 votes
PSTN Reverse Number Lookup (show username from Address book not PSTN number) in Teams Toast and Call History
When a PSTN user calls you on Microsoft Teams, if the number is in the address book I would like to be presented with the users name on the toast, not just the PSTN number. The same for call history or anywhere else a PSTN number appears in the client60 votes
