The storage metrics (storage utilization, quota) can be found on any site collection under Site Collection Administration. However, only the Site Collection admins can view them; there seems to be no feature available to make these metrics visible for any of the 'plain' Team's users.
Please make the above-mentioned storage metrics available at least to the Team owners, without requiring admin rights!

In Skype for Business 'on-premise' we have the lcsCDR database in the monitor server commonly used for 'Call Accounting' style reporting such as on-billing, internal cost assignment, compliance auditing and management reporting.
So far in O365 SfB and Teams we have not seen access to CDR, are there any hints regarding this or is it being planned for please?27 votes

In order for people to view Teams reports, currently you have to be a Team Service Admin. Please add the ability to view reports as a separate role so viewing reports can be delegated to other people other than Teams Service Admins. Alternatively, add viewing reports to the existing Teams Service Support Specialist role.7 votes
When running a report to show how many calls a user made/received etc, calls that are routed from an Auto-Attendant to a call Queue are shown as call type ByoinUcap ( vs ByotIn for callers who routed directly by calling their DID). Ideally teh name of the queue needs to be listed i.e Sales... Support. Attached file s hows screen shot of a a call routed to me - call flow was Auto-Attendant - Queue - I answered.3 votes
It would be great if we could obtain the report data such as Channel messages, Chat messages, Calls and Meetings via PowerShell. Though we can see the data from Microsoft 365 admin center > Reports > Usage > Microsoft Teams user activity.5 votes

We would like to have data capturing:
1. Number of users enabled
2. Number of daily active unique users
3. Breakdown of devices uniquely used
4. Number of teams created
5. Number of teams deleted
6. How many instant messages sent overall in the Chat
7. How many calls made in Teams
8. Number of files shared in channels

Allow us to retrieve same audit log when specifying the certain RecordType of Search-UnifiedAuditLog cmdlet
We cannot currently specify the RecordType of "MicrosoftTeamsAddOns" and "MicrosoftTeamsSettingsOperation" when we run the Search-UnifiedAuditLog cmdlet after 6th August 2019.
Now, there is no alternative RecordType of them. Therefore, I would strongly request you to improve the behavior or roll back for the feature to allow us to retrieve the audit log which brings same result of specifying "MicrosoftTeamsAddOns" and "MicrosoftTeamsSettingsOperation".3 votes
I'd like to analyze the usage of CQs and AAs.
Currently the available report in the Teams Admin Center trims the last three digits of all source and destination phone numbers which makes it impossible to identify which CQ/AA actually has been called.
As Microsoft support team states that this is due to GDPR I recommend to add more and better report options.
I.e. I would like to know how often certain CQs/AAs have been called in a period of time. That seems important to me for a better planning of individual call-routing-design.1 vote

We can check Teams usage on Microsoft Teams admin center but can’t review the last activity date or what activity has been done. Because I want to know more detailed information for activities in Teams, so I would like you to implement a feature to obtain the date for the last activity and what activity has been done.4 votes

The ability to modify call forwarding and/or call delegation as (Teams/M365) admin via Admin Center and/or PowerShell. E.g. if a user becomes unavailable due to sickness or else it's helpful to have this ability. Currently, when we try to obtain the call log via content search, we get channel meetings log as well. I would like to obtain the group call logs only.1 vote
