  1. Allow direct file attachment to Planner Tasks in TEAMS

    Provide ability to attach a document to a Planner Task from your Desktop (like you can do in a SP task).  Today, you have to upload the document into Teams first, then open your Planner Task and then attach by referencing the previously uploaded document.

  2. Allow ability to copy the full "Bucket" of tasks in MS Planner.

    Allow ability to copy the full "Bucket" of tasks in MS Planner. Currently we can copy a task, but would love to be able to copy or duplicate a full bucket!

  4. recover deleted tasks and buckets

    Please make it possible to recover deleted tasks and buckets of tasks. Sometimes people do stupid things.

  5. Create Planner Task from a Teams conversation

    I would like to easily create a planner Task form a Teams conversation.
    e.g.: @Microsoft task: Enable Planner Task creation from a Teams conversation

    A Suggestion should help to set additional information e.g.: due date
    By default the bucket should match the channel

  6. planner outlook integration

    Sync the planner between teams and outlook and be able to flag planner items or conversation bubbles as tasks in outlook.

  7. Integrate tasks in planner with Outlook Tasks & Calendar

    Every time you create a task in planner via Microsoft Teams and assign it to someone in your organisation/team it would be nice to see that task in outlook as well. I want to know and to be alerted that I have a task assigned to me without having to lon on to Microsoft Teams.
    It would be great to have a place to see how many tasks have been created in a team/channel and the status of each one.

    Would like to be able to set reminder date/times on Planner tasks, like for Outlook email or notifications.

  9. Spell Check in Desktop Teams Planner

    Please include Spell Checking and Proofing Tools in Planner.

    Currently Descriptions, Checklists and Comments are not spell-checked.

    This makes it difficult to search if keywords have been misspelt.

    It's also inconsistent with the rest of the Teams user interface. Spell check is available on conversations and chat.

  10. Planner bot

    A Planner bot, that you can use to create new tasks to channel's Planner (if there is only one) or to your personal planner tasks.
    This would be awesome, if it could be done in search box @planner add task..

  11. Assigning a non-member to a task in planner adds them to the Team

    If you assign a person a task in planner who isn't a member of the team, they automatically get added to the team. There is a message which says non-member but I don't think this is clear enough.

    There should be another warning/pop up telling the user that if they assign a task to someone not on the team they will get added to the team. This is a security concern!

  12. Show label colors on planner calendar

    The current planner calendar in teams does not show the task highlighted with the color of the label that it is assigned to. This only gives an all white calendar that is difficult to see items by type, priority, or if they are at risk. Example is attached.

  13. team names to own planner tasks

    When i navigate to my own tasklist in TEAMS planner, the tasks do not tell, from which teams the tasks are from. Our teams are individual projects and planners are named similiarly.

    It would be immense help to show team name in individual tasks.

  14. Integrate Tom's Planner or similar Planner Fuctionality

    Really would love to see the Planner App work across multiple channels. It would be nice to pick and choose, which channels, & which tasks/schedules appear in a gantt chart. We use Tom's Planner and love it's simplicity. Maybe integration with Tom's Planner would be great.

  15. Pin Planner tab to left panel in Teams

    Right now, you have to click a drop down to access Planner on the left panel, and there's a lot of space to add icons. Give the option to pin Planner there for easier access.

  16. Provide audit trail for Planner task edits

    Changes can be made to the characteristics of a task, e.g., description or due date, without any audit trail. It would be extremely helpful to know which user made changes and when.

  17. Make meeting notes actionable items

    When taking notes in a meeting created in Teams, it should be possible to create Planner tasks from these notes. These tasks should be linked to from within the meeting notes.

    Meetings, meeting notes, tasks assigned during meeting, and follow-ups should be an integrated experience.

  18. When working in Planner, allow another window option so you can converse and see planner at the same time

    We use planner for deployment of projects. Tasks are listed. Only problem is if you are in planner and then want to send a message in conversations tab, you literally have to exit planner, go to your conversations tab and then go back to planner. There should be a way that you can keep planner up and converse at the same time. Give option for planner to be in another 'window'

  19. Creating to do items for multiple team members

    When creating to do items (e.g. task) they can be assigned to multiple team members but not every team member can confirm their task is done without closing the entire to do item. It should be possible that individual team members confirm the task is completed and once all have confirmed the to do item can (automatically) be closed.

  20. Integrate fully with Planner, Sharepoint, and Outlook Tasks, Calendar

    Please integrate more with Planner (hopefully soon with Kanban and timeline visualisation channels for tasks) and/or with sharepoint web parts that do this, so all tasks linked in one place. And Outlook as well (for calendar and emails pertinent to chats and tasks). Until then in effect Teams is yet just another tool to use that is not completely integrated for communication + coordination.
