  1. Busy Options (Busy on Busy or Voicemail on Busy)

    Provide a functionalitiy similar to the one is SfB Server.

    Busy on Busy - Incoming calls will be rejected with a busy signal if the user is busy.

    Voicemail on Busy - Incoming calls will be forwarded to voice mail if the user is busy.

  2. Display incoming caller Id when callers dial a call queue

    Incoming calls to a call queue should show the caller id of the person calling. It only shows the name of the call queue in Teams.

    We should be able to delete call history to keep the UI clean and usable.

  4. SMS/MMS in Teams Phone System

    Allow users to send and receive SMS/MMS messages from within Teams on the desktop and mobile app to the Office 365 phones number. This would be a great help for our field technicians in actually adopting a phone system rather than using their mobile phone. The MMS part of this would be fairly important in our use case.

  5. Voicemail for Teams Calling & Call Queues

    We have some Auto Attendant and Call Queues set up, when the time is 'out of hours' and a call comes in or if all users are busy and unable to answer a call it should go to voicemail posting the message transcript and audio file in the Team / group linked to the call queue.

  6. Enable audio recording for private calls MS Teams

    Users want to have the option to record one-on-one calls in MS Teams.

  7. PSTN Reverse Number Lookup (show username from Address book not PSTN number) in Teams Toast and Call History

    When a PSTN user calls you on Microsoft Teams, if the number is in the address book I would like to be presented with the users name on the toast, not just the PSTN number. The same for call history or anywhere else a PSTN number appears in the client

  8. Transfer to voicemail option

    In Skype for Business and most other phone systems, you can select to transfer a caller directly to voicemail (receptionists use this all the time). Teams does not have this option. It is very important for folks to not transfer to a ring-ring-ring experience if they simply need to leave a voicemail.

    Thanks for your feedback. The transfer to voicemail option is currently in testing and will be released soon.

    Note: Direct calls to a users voicemail is a separate feature which is planned. We’ll update when we have more details to share on this one.

  9. Show if call forwarded or from a call group in call history / missed calls

    If an incoming call is being forwarded from another user or is being forwarded as part of a call pickup group, this is displayed in the popup call notification, however it is not displayed in the users call history. The calls just show as a missed call.

    This is causing confusion for users as they see these forwarded/call group calls as missed calls and then try to return the call.

    An additional column or a different 'Type' for these calls would resolve this issue.

  11. Keep the Mute/Audio icon visible onscreen when on a call.

    How many times have you been on a call, and someone has to say. "Joe, are you talking with your mute on?" What if you could always see the current "mute" status when you're on a call so you can avoid this common problem.

  12. Call Queue and Auto Attendant Resource Licensing

    The idea of requiring Cloud PBX clients to license Call Queues and Auto Attendants is absurd. This is a basic functionality that is available similar services. Furthermore, sneaking in this change without advising any of you partners and or end-users is NOT acceptable. This is going to have a HUGE financial impact on some of our clients. Call Queues and Auto Attendants should be an intrinsic feature as it always has been with Skype for Business Online.

  13. Teams calling with on prem cisco CUCM

    Around 45 million cisco iphone endpoints mostly via cisco on prem CUCM deployements.
    Need Teams to integrate with on prem cisco CUCM so that we can use it as enterprise softphone with on prem PSTN cabability.
    I am sure this would make teams adoption even more compelling within large enterprises like us.

  14. Filter Call History

    For us and our customers it would be helpful to be able to filter the results in the call history. At the moment, this list is just getting longer and longer. So, I'd like to be able to sort and filter by type (incomming, outgoing, missed), date or source/destination number.

  16. Telephone not ringing on Speaker

    If Headset is set as the normal Audio, Telephone ringing is not on the built-in Speaker. In Skype you can adjust this. Please prvide the sam feature for Teams-Phone.

  17. Allow the use of existing USB handset like Polycom CX300

    Would love to be able use our existing investment in devices like the Polycom CX300 USB handset with Teams. I can understand why LPE devices won't be supported, but would like to see simple USB phones supported with the client.

  18. Teams Contact sync with Outlook

    Please make the contacts that show up in the calling tab to be synced with a persons outlook or global address book of sorts. It's annoying having to manage so many different contact books

  20. Auto Attendant Time Out Options

    Addition of an option when setting up an Auto Attendant that automatically diverts to a selected group or user if no options are selected within a certain time scale.

    EG.. greeting is - press 1 for sales, 2 for support... or hold for reception... call is then automatically directed when there is no input.
