  1. Add the ability to have multiple windows open for chats, teams and channels?

It's very hard to keep track of multiple chats and teams all in one window - and time-consuming to keep navigating between them. It would be really useful to have multiple windows available that we can keep open for chats, teams and channels.

  2. Easier Navigation

If you click on a teams, you should land directly on the first channel.
There should be a breadcrumb navigation for the channels in the teams, which can be optionally displayed between teams name and tabs.

  4. **actual** markdown support

The current markdown implementation is simply bad as it's not actual markdown. Instead it's some kind of in-line format guesser that changes what you type on enter.

    * it doesn't work in the client
    * it doesn't apply to messages submitted via webhook integrations
    * it doesn't work on cut-n-pasted text
    * it's not complete (tons of markdown syntax missing)
    * it doesn't allow simple shortcuts via "/extension" (looking at you, /giphy)

in-line reformatting is slow and often unpredictable in the way it responds as you type, making for a poor experience, especially as you attempt to reformat a message…

  5. Seperate windows for conversations

Rather than every conversation being on the main teams window, they could appear in their own smaller individual window, similar to Skype for business

  6. Add ":eyes:" emoji to reactions bar

    Reactions bar's emoji is useful.
But, One of the reactions we wanna use most is ": eyes:" emoji.

When we get a notification, We often react to “I'm watching now" by using eyes emoji reaction on Slack.
If we can do it on Teams, feel super cool !

So We want to add ":eyes:" emoji to reactions bar.

  7. Screen Sharing - add an "actual size" button to show the presenter's desktop resolution

It is difficult for viewers with poor vision to see desktops that are shared. HDMeeting and other videoconferencing apps have a UI element to show the 'actual size' of the display resolution.

Users can use the zoom button to enhance the Teams call controls, but not the shared screen.

  10. Option to close\hide multiple chat windows

From the recent tab, if we could right click and an option to close\hide multiple chat windows. Precious seconds are lost for those who don't use keyboard shortcuts.
Another idea could be adding a checkbox when mouse howers over. This way we can quickly select chats and then close them at once.

  13. Export complete Chat conversations

Right now if we want to save the conversation of a Chat we do so by individually selecting them one by one.

It will be helpful if we can do that by right clicking a chat window and export/save is gets enabled.

  14. Chat Notifications

Currently, the only types of chat notifications available are email, banner or off. Can you fix it to where the chat will show the bubble if you receive a message, without the banner coming out. I don't want to have to read the banner every time someone IMs me, but I'd like to know I have an unread chat, by some kind of flashing notification, similar to what Skype for Business uses.

  16. Copying text from chats.

I'd like to be able to select an entire conversation so I can copy and paste it into another document. Even better, a "Save As..." feature.

  17. Change 'Accept Call' button color to green to match other familiar UI elements

When I receive an incoming call request, if I'm on autopilot sometimes my inclination is to click on the red 'decline call' button because that button has a different color than the other buttons--this makes it stand out as an option.

If you changed the color of the 'accept call' button to a medium green, this would make both 'accept' and 'decline' stand out from the rest of the interface and also help facilitate usability for those who are partially blind.

Doing this would align the most important call interaction buttons to the same color scheme that iOS/Android use and…

  18. Allow us to opt out of the automatic hiding of teams. It keeps hiding the team I use the most!

Provide an option where you can turn off the automatic hiding of teams that haven't been used in a while. The current algorithm has a glitch and it is hiding the Team I use the most. I have to "show" it every day!!!

  19. Higher contrast font colors, more font size choices

Have the font color selection include fonts with better contrast levels from the background. On the standard white background (don't know about others as my company has disabled themes), colors other than black are extremely hard to read.

As other users have noted, please add more font size choices, particularly for Wiki page titles. They are barely distinguishable from subheadings.
