  1. Shifts

    We want to use Shifts to align our absences in the teams. It should be possible to enter time-offs just once in one team for a team member and these time-offs are directly transferred/visible in the other teams in which this person is a member. Changes should also be done only once and be visible to all teams.

  2. Automatically open Shifts to "Today" week.

    I would prefer to have Shifts automatically open the session to the current week, rather than the last viewed week. It can be confusing if I don't realize the dates have changed and that I'm actually viewing the wrong shifts.

  3. Time Clock Station

    Will there be a way to set up a Time Clock Station on a Tablet or Desktop so team members do not have clock-in with their mobile phones?

    Not everyone has a mobile phone, unfortunately.

  4. Availability in Shifts for Desktop

    You can set daily availability on the mobile app. Can we do the same for the desktop app? It is so useful! The availability markers show up when making shifts.

  5. Shifts Hourly view to my Hours of Operation

    When in Shifts viewing the hourly view have ability to set the time range.
    Instead of showing 12am to 12pm allow me to customize it to that only my hours of operation are showing 7am to 10pm etc.
    Also allow for marking specific days as closed.

  6. Want to use the Shifts app Time Clock function in Teams desktop app

    It would be great if the Time Clock function in Shifts would be available in Teams desktop app in the future. Because the Time Clock function is currently available for Teams mobile app only.

  7. night shift

    In shift; When creating a night shift (on two days), it would be interesting if there is a visual on the seond day of the shift, when Shift is in table mode (not application)

  9. Shifts: option for a two week schedule view

    Shifts: schedule view: current options are for one week or one month. Would like to be able to view 2 weeks at a time, which is a pay period at our company. This would be useful to be able to view on one screen if part time employees are schedule their required hours for the pay period.

  10. Allow the ability to see the full Month calendar in the Shifts view

    Grant the ability to see the entire month at a glance when viewing the "Month" in Shifts.

  11. Show shifts that are overtime, involve one or more premium pays or are extra shifts

    Add an attribute to a shift to indicate that particular shift is an overtime shift, involves one or more premium pay types (bonus shifts) or is an additional shift (worked in addition to a typical schedule). Incidentally, a single shift could be all three.

  12. Show Shifts from All Teams

    Offer a view in Shifts where managers can see all employees and shifts, not just one team at a time. I have employees on different teams and need to keep track of all of them. Toggling between 6 different teams to do so isn't productive.

  13. More PowerShell Commands for Shifts

    Provide more PowerShell commands in the Teams PowerShell Module for managing shifts with different teams.
    I.e. add/remove shift schedules, updating shifts, import/export etc.

  14. Federal holidays in Shifts

    It would be helpful if federal holidays are displayed in shifts, e.g. by a continuous grey bar or similar.

  15. Allow multiple existing shifts on the same member

    Make it possible to add multiple existing shifts on the same member. The only possible way seems to be on Day view or creating a new shift (not use the exisiting shift).

    The Manager should see in one click whtich teammember is clocked in right now (and since when).

  17. Shifts Time Off let employees request a change or deletion

    Ability to have an employee change/delete and resubmit time off.
    Example employee have been approved for 1 hour off but instead needs to move the appointment to another day or add additional time. Also need an employee cancel button on the time off.

  19. Remind users to clock in and clock out depending on their shift.

    We use clock in and out times to calculate attendance bonus. But some users forget to clock out overnight, or forget to clock in at the start of their day.

    A notification like "Your shift starts in 5 minutes - Do you want to clock in?" and "Your shift ended 5 minutes ago - Do you want to clock out?" would be so helpful to remind users to do it.

  20. Yearly holiday/vacation planner

    Many companies require before each year end that team members allocate their requests for holiday periods along the next year, following limits on number of days and number of persons able to take the same days within the same period. A must have feature, even if it takes a couple of years to bring it to life.
