  2. login functionality is spotty at best. Often doesn't login. Forgets all settings when it does finally login. Please fix this!

Login often errors out upon network change. When it does login, all settings are gone. Please fix this bug.

  3. Teams doesn't appear when using alt-tab to switch between windows

With the Teams window open I was using Alt-tab to switch between a word doc and Teams, but Teams isn't in the display of open windows when using Alt-tab. Another colleagues laptop does the same thing. Windows build is Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.16299.309]

  4. Add Option to set Channel Favourites via PowerShell

Please add an option to the "New-TeamChannel" and "Sew-TeamChannel" to enable us setting a specific or a new channel as a favourite for the entire team.

This is extremely important to us; We're planning to move from an open source solution to Microsoft Teams for our students (approx. 400 teachers and 5000 students here). Setting channel favourites seems silly, but is absolutely necessary for us. Not having the possibility to set channel favourites could be a reason NOT to move to Microsoft Teams.

Please add this feature as soon as possible; The rollout should start within 4.5 weeks.

  5. List SharePoint sites associated with teams in PowerShell

I would like a PowerShell command that lists all of the Teams that have been created along with an option to include the URL of the SharePoint site that is associated with it.

This would allow you to batch update SharePoint sites that have been created to support our Teams.

  6. Incoming Webhook Card Images

Using intranet images doesn't work. Using data URIs is not ideal. Please provide another way to include images that does not rely on a public-facing web server.

  7. Rebuild Teams Into the Tenant Level

The way Microsoft Teams is implemented does not seem very efficient. You have to specifically work within a team hub and open Teams and build out the space. There are too many teams within a big organization and trying to use an App such as teams to interact with hundreds of teams is just not efficient.

Please engage the folks at http://www.office.com. Microsoft should simply have a strategy that in order to get started, consumer and enterprises equally alike, simply need to visit http://www.Office.com

From there, they can simply make a call, have a video conference , work together…

  8. Why use AWS for a Microsoft product?

Use a MS cloud for a MS product. Don’t need another cloud with questionable security to be added into the mix.

  9. View Teams server status

There should be a web page that shows the status f the Teams infrastructure.

Currently I have to raise a ticket with my internal IT support, to get them to look at the Office 365 Admin Centre. That seems like a waste of my time and theirs.

  10. RDS (Remote Desktop Services) Tab or the Ability to login to a Terminal server

It would be great to allow users to login to a work terminal from teams so they can potentially work from home without having to explain how to use (or connect with an) RDS client.

  15. Proactive quality and monitoring dashboard for Teams

I have several customers not happy with "SfbO/Teams" monitoring. We would like to proactively approach their users that had connection issues in S4BO/Teams. To do this they would like to have a list of users, that encountered an issue with their connection. Unfortunately tools that list sessions (session details report in S4B admin center and CQD) allow to identify sessions with issues do not display information about the user who had the issue. Call Analytics portal requires picking the user first so it’s not possible to find out who had issues.

Is there any way to get report that lists…

  16. make it useable

horrible layout and use of screen space. Looks clumsy and messy. Chats not organized. Things are all over the place. Files opens sharepoint. Notes opens one note. its a frankenstein. Looks dated and cluncky. Things are slow. In a nutshell, a big turn off. Please dont force this on us.

  17. Better notification of Configuration Changes on the Microsoft side

We were just impacted for 2 days because of an unplanned IP migration that Microsoft did. Please make sure that changes like this are properly communicated in the future so that we can make any needed configuration changed on our side ahead of time.

  19. Incoming Webhook Card POST to intranet

The HttpPost action doesn't support intranet URLs. It would be nice if there was an action or flag that allowed it.
