slash commands are a must-have
Slash commands for just about every type of function are a must have. They are familiar and easy to use without having to touch your mouse, they are UI-agnostic. Admittedly not terribly discoverable – but the UI is even worse, as their is no real option for auto-completion of UI elements, now is there?

"Jump to Channel" Keyboard shortcut
Similar to CTRL+K kb shortcut for Slack. I use this often and I'm sure most do as well. It's much easier to just to a channel rather than click through them.

Parent-Child Teams
Can you have the ability to make Teams as part of a bigger team e.g.
Team
|Sub-Team 1
|Sub-Team 2
|_Sub-Team 3There is a Distributio List (O365 group) gets created for the team. As you group sub-teams under parent team, a DL of DLs should get created. This allows for better management of the group and sub-groups

Command-Line Interface to Open Directly in a Chat Thread
Skype for Business has a command line interface (CLI) where a the program can be launched and go directly to an IM chat for a specific contact. The command line for Skype is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\lync.exe" sip:%who%@BigCorpration.com
I use this in my keyboard automation software, AutoHotkeys, so that I can go directly to chat with a colleague without using the mouse, and without having focus on Skype.
Please implement in Teams.

Main Tab for saved/tagged items
It would be nice if I could get to my Saved Item faster by having it in the main PowerBar. Also, it would be nice to tag various conversations and view them here as well.

Auto-hide Power Bar window
After clicking on an item such as "Chat" or "Teams" and then clicking the item you want in the next window that window should auto-hide

Show available status in PowerBar
When I type a users name in the PowerBar to message them using e.g. @mark, their available status is not shown (i.e. green tick, out of office, etc) which would be really useful to quickly check someone's availability to talk.

Keep control toolbar on top of desktop, as an option
Keep the controls toolbars on top of desktop items to be able to get at muting speaker / mic buttons while using other apps. Similar to when in a Skype call.

Copy a group flow in Power Automate to another group flow
Hi, for a project I have created a workflow using Power Automate for the Teams group, and this is then available in my Team flows in Power Automate overview - My flows. If I copy this flow it is copied as a personal flow. Instead I want to copy this group flow to another group, e.g. associated with another Teams. A work around is to submit as a template or Export it, still it would be much easier to copy it.

Personal Taskbar on Phone
Man sollte die Bar welche unten beim Handy ist selber anordnen können z.B. als 1. der Chat als 2. Kalender usw. ohne dass man dies in den Einstellungen vornehmen muss. :)
