  1. Please indicate the app is syncing so it's clear it's not broken

    I searched the web for minutes thinking my account was broken but it turns out it was just syncing for the first time, indicating that I was not on any teams or any chats despite being on several for many days before using the mobile app.

    PLEASE JUST ASSUME THAT THINGS AREN'T PERFECT IN YOUR APP AND IF IT'S HAVING TROUBLE SYNCING JUST PLEASE TRUST THAT THE USER CAN HANDLE SUCH SHOCKING INFORMATION WITHOUT KNOWINGLY MISINFORMING THE USER AS TO WHETHER THEY ARE OR ARE NOT ON A TEAM

  2. New user onboarding and training

    I am a new user, having used a decade of Skype and others for group interactions. There is no good onboarding support for new users.

    Coachmark should detect policies assigned to user. Example, don't give a coachmark for calling when calling is disabled for the said user

  6. Browse Topics

    Allow a user to share a link to the Help > Browse Topics page and sub-pages. Currently, the only way to share the page is to tell the user to click Help > Browse Topics but it would be even easier if you can share this page and all sub-pages to quickly show someone how to do a specific task in Teams.

  7. Help Videos Start with Sound On (Turn off Auto-Mute)

    The Help section's Videos all start with the volume muted. Is there a design reason for this? Why the extra step to click to unmute? I would assume that users wanting to watch these videos (by clicking on them) with sound.

  8. Microsoft Customer collaboration Site - leveraging the MS ecosystem

    Sorry to ask here but I couldn't find another avenue to ask.

    Does Microsoft have a community where customers collaborate with MS and partners to share best practices or ideas? If not, I would recommend you consider this type of functionality as we have found other customers or partners as an invaluable source for effective use of applications.

    Example: As I try to understand the functionality and limitations of Teams, I have a fairly simple question.

    Just make it work. Has issues and the flow still needs to be done better in the Teams app. What about Windows ink in Teams?

  11. Do a better job of explaining what it does and why I need it.

    I'm sure someone finds this useful, but as someone who gets it installed on their PC as part of an Office 365 there's little to no documentation on what it does or why I need it. What does it do for me that I can't accomplish by emailing a file or using a Skype conversation with someone? I shouldn't need to be a rocket scientist to figure this out.

    Select Activity activity to see your Activity feed, a summary of everything that's happened in the team channels you follow. You can also select Filter flash light filter icon to show only certain types of messages such as unread messages, @mentions, replies, and likes. Windows Phone users, we're sorry but you buys don't have that option.

    Should that say boys/guys/something else? probably shouldn't say buys

  15. disclose the error message discriptions

    Please disclose the descriptions of error message about sign in. Recently, so many users cannot sign in via Teams desktop client. Teams app displayed some error message, but we cannot confirm the reason. Network? Cash data? password? Office 365 account? or Client App?
    I need the detail information about error messages which are displayed by Teams app. Please disclose the error message list and detail.

  16. Teams Full manual or Teams full guide

    I think that the best way yo use Teams is that the compa y create a full cuide for us with each part of Teams. The funtion of every buttons. For me will be great!!! Because You have every topic separate. We have a lot questions.

  17. Start again

    Go back to square one and modernise the interface. And please make it consistent between apps. I am not a Luddite, I have been adapting and using PC’s since the days of the Z80 chip, and teams is like a step back in time. It tries to do too many things and none of them well.

  19. Please make it intuitive to get started

    Registering for a new Teams account, or using an existing account for a new Teams invite, and then getting onto a Teams account after that is totally confusing & frustrating.

    Make it simple. Have one master user ID that could be linked to different emails, and make the initial access to Teams & 365 simple so that we don't need to go through a Microsoft Partner to get set up.
