  1. Enable to modify the Teams Help page

    We know there's plenty of Teams resources and help guides. But often an organisation will make their own guides that reflect the context of their organisation. It may include the "why" Teams to your particular organisation, governance, case studies of some project/teams using it successfully, and so on.

    Where does an organisation make these Teams resources available
    - on their Intranet would be the most obvious place

    But I also think in the Teams help page within the Teams app would also be a good place
    - pity you can't bake in your organisation's Teams resources into this page

  3. By removing it from the universe.

    Just destroy it. Teams is absolutely useless, it needs to be scrapped or re-developed properly, as it's just an utter **** to use.

  4. Make it easier to find download for Mac osx

    Have a top level link to direct download teams for OSX. Right now it sends you to App Store where download stalls.

    Have to go to support to get download.

    Just give option to load directly or from store.

  8. Purge my computer of Microsoft Teams

    My idea is to get this POS off my computer. How do I prevent this POS from popping up in my face when I boot up. I do not need, nor do I want to support this POS. That's not "point of sale".

  10. Help should spawn a floating window

    Help should spawn a floating window, the way Office programs work. It's annoying to have to go back an forth in a single window while learning to use teams.
    I read the instructions click a link to try a step and the instructions disappear.

    You have DECLINED things that should have been automatic YES (not talking about a stickers pack).

  12. Teams and Sharepoint

    We have started using Microsoft Teams to use the collaboration space and created several teams (which turns out to be very useful). but at the same time we have now many different Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Sites. We haven't used SharePoint before and are now considering in using SharePoint for data storage and collaboration for the whole Company. But now we'd like to have one Team Site as the starting page for all collegues. How can we connect the existing SharePoint Sites with each other?

  13. Where are my Skype for Business confirmed external Contacts? MS cuts the small business with a lot of external contacts off from intl com

    Again Not A Good Day by MS!
    For small businesses you are really the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) of IT!!!
    You "very inteligent and un-thoughtful" people shut off Skype for Business to install your Team App without properly transfering the confirmed external contacts from SfB to Teams.

    Thanks a bundle for wrecking my international business communication!!!

    Now I have to reinstate by reinvitation dozens of external contacts again - and I don't even have access to the contact list I had on SfB.

    You are really the wrecking ball for the small business customers!!!!

  15. Please indicate the app is syncing so it's clear it's not broken

    I searched the web for minutes thinking my account was broken but it turns out it was just syncing for the first time, indicating that I was not on any teams or any chats despite being on several for many days before using the mobile app.

    PLEASE JUST ASSUME THAT THINGS AREN'T PERFECT IN YOUR APP AND IF IT'S HAVING TROUBLE SYNCING JUST PLEASE TRUST THAT THE USER CAN HANDLE SUCH SHOCKING INFORMATION WITHOUT KNOWINGLY MISINFORMING THE USER AS TO WHETHER THEY ARE OR ARE NOT ON A TEAM

    Teams を始め Office 365 サービスにおいて、システム要件は公開されていますが実際の利用に際し、適切な端末のスペックなど明示的な情報を公開してほしい。
    クライアント PC の導入などの参考になるため、こういった情報があることでユーザーには有益な情報になると考えております。

    We would like to know not just system requirement for any Office 365 service, specifically Teams,but recomended PC as well. Provide recommended computer specifications for when buying new personal computers for Office 365 use.

    I am a new user, having used a decade of Skype and others for group interactions. There is no good onboarding support for new users.

  19. Unable to get outlook contacts in my iphone after migrating to Outlook 365

    After configuring Outlook 365 in my iphone, noticed that the complete contacts details are missing. Can someone guide the process to get it back.
