  1. need a function to clear history - Voice call, video call

    As a normal call/Chat, we need capability to clear history as demand. This feature is available in all application such as Sky Bus, Viber. WhatsApp... but lack in Team

  3. Make icons and status more visible/larger on Teams IP phones

    With the latest update we now have Favorites and some new sections on the home screen. However the UI icons (Calls, Calendar, Voicemail, Search, Park) and user status for people are very small. While the favorite button itself is larger, the photo is small and the status is a small colored dot. Plus the menu options on the bottom of the display (Calls, Calendar, Voicemail) are small and the text is hard for some people to read.

  4. Call Forward doesn't retain the original caller ID

    When calls are forwarded to another external extension (i.e. mobile) the number that came up on the mobile is the user phone number and not the original number of the person calling who has been forwarded to the mobile. It would be great to retain the original caller so user knows who is calling.

  5. Integrate Microsoft Teams VoIP with Zoho CRM PhoneBridge

    We are using Zoho CRM and Zoho have require developpers of VoIP providers to fill in a form in order to come in contact with them so they can integrate directly in the CRM via PhoneBridge.

    Can someone in Microsoft Teams VoIP team please contact Zoho in order to make the connection for this integration to work.

    I would love to be able to initiate a call directly from our CRM with Teams and that a pop up window opens when I receive a call from a customer.

  7. Team Needs better user call and queue call reporting NOW!

    We have been using Skype Voice and now Teams as our voice solution for couple of years now.

    It is still shocking to me the lack reporting available to organization about incoming calls to individual, and call queues. These are essential tools used frequently by organizations to analyze call volume and make decisions accordingly.

    As an administrator or manager, I would like to be able to reports to see the number of call made to a certain user or users in my department. The call duration, whether it was answered or not and some other relevant information.

  9. TAPI for crm integration

    Our VoIP phone system is up for renewal in 18months. I'd like to move the company across to Teams for telephony but without TAPI I cant do that. Any chance of creating a Teams TAPI extension our plugin so we can use with a variety of CRMs?

  12. Answering calls presented from another users Call Group via IP Phone

    When answering calls presented from another user's Call Group via IP Phone, the software require you to press a button on the touchscreen to accept the call. It would be good to be able to answer the call via picking up the handset.

  13. Allow ordering of agents for serial routed call queue via Office365 group

    Allow ordering of agents in serial call queue when the call queue is sent to an O365 group or distribution list. The current setup the only way to order agents is to add them individually rather than via a group or distlist.

    Whenever I am trying to install Microsoft Teams on Ipad4 I am getting the following message "Cannot Download App

    As we implement TEAMS to our global organizations the TEAMS enabled phone options is lacking for manufacturing areas and common areas.

    The Poly, Audiocodes and Yealink devices are great for general office spaces. But need a simpler phone for common area like guest phone in front lobby or ruggedized phone for manufacturing areas that does require a large touchscreen display.
