  1. Support for external ringers and paging

    Support for paging and loud ringers is needed. Currently both these features can be used using the partner devices in 3pip like Poly using 3rd party external hardware.

    There should be native support for these features as it has a direct impact for front line workers who work in larger environments and are not at a desk.

  2. add or call contacts without phone number (but with email)

    Please let us add a Contact without Phone Number. I can't add a Contact who has no Phone Number (only Email).

    Even if he has a Calling Plan (and a number), and i want to call the Email Address, not the Phone Number, its not possible.
    If this contact calls me once, i can call back without problems.
    But can't still add him as Contact.
    As long as the contact didn't call me first, i can't even call him through the chat or elsewhere.
    If i paste the Email instead of the Phone Number while creating a Contact, Teams adds…

  3. Unhighlight read msgs.

    When I click on a msg under the Activity tab and read the msg., then Teams should unhighlight the Group where the msg resides. It makes it look like there’s another msg for me to read.

  5. CNAM should be logged in PSTN Usage Details Report

    When viewing the PSTN Usage Details report (Legacy Skype Admin), the CNAM is not included in the log. For organizations that rely on these reports to correlate calls with other systems, it makes reconciliation very difficult when you can't see the name of the person associated with the Caller ID. I don't know why it's not available in the log, since it seems to be present on the device's/app's call history.

  6. Add the consult transfer options to 3PIP phones

    Can the consult transfer feature be made available for the IP-Hardphones. A lot of smaller companies use the hardphones to start using teams to replace there PBX and are missing this feature

  7. Provide an audible signal when a call comes in.

    Provide an audible phone ring when a call comes in. This is basic stuff. Fix it.

  8. Launch App/Url on inbound call, passing telephone number.

    We would like to launch an app,url or flow based on an inbound number. To achieve passing a telephone number for the purpose of presenting a popup with the inbound caller details.

    Example
    Execute command on inbound call
    http://www.mysite.com/myintergration.htm?number=%P
    Launches a browser, opens a webpage and passes it the caller number
    *c:\myapp\myapp.exe %P - this launches an application on your computer and passes it the caller's phone number.

    Variables
    %P - formatted phone number
    %F - First Name
    %L - Last Name
    %N - Full Name
    %C - Full canonical format
    %E - E164 phone number

  9. Larger join meeting button on phone

    The current join meeting button on Yealink and AudioCodes handsets is a little too small to be easily pressed within the Teams app. Increasing the size of this button would make it easier to press and join meetings.

    It would also be great if you could tap anywhere on the meeting name/title to join the meeting, rather than having to hit the join button.

  10. Split Communication Credits between different departments

    The PCR is to allow multiple communication credits to be provisioned and paid for separately under the same Office 365 phone system tenant. The business case for this is that decentralized organizations like universities or global companies with separate decision making and cost centers in each location need to have the long-distance and toll free numbers associated with each department / site paid for separately by those departments or locations. Central IT, for instance, doesn't want to pay for the LD charges of the math, science, and art department, for instance. They also don't want to have to parse through…

  11. Enable Polycom desk phone to join a channel meeting, not just a generic teams meeting

    With the VVX phones, you can click to join a meeting in Teams, UNLESS this meeting is a channel specific meeting. Please fix this bug/issue. Thanks!

  13. Add option to ensure voice call notifications always appear at the front

    We are just switching to use Teams Phones however because our users work in full screen RDS or Citrix, with teams running locally, when a voice call comes in for them they do not see the notification and have no way of answering. The notification is appearing behind the RDS/Citrix full screen window which they cannot minimize. The voice call needs to put a notification in front of all other windows to allow the functionality to be used correctly.

  16. Support cameras on teams phones

    It seems silly that there are certified Microsoft Teams phones -- but they're crippled in that they don't support video. I have clients that use VoIP phones with Video all the time, the brand they use -- Yealink -- is one of your certified partners. I can install team on a phone, iPad, android device, windows device and have video .... but not a device developed in concert with Microsoft. Seems a little silly.

  17. Make silent an option for ring tones and allow call screening.

    Allow users to silence the ring and enable screening so users can verify that callers with unknown numbers can be screened to determine if they are spam or calls that are important.

  18. Enable assigning the desired local conference bridge number when we give the Audio Conferencing license to users

    It would be convenient if we could assign the default conference bridge number when we give the Audio Conferencing license to users.
    We currently need to change the default bridge numbers by using PowerShell after assigning the license. The given bridge number is automatically assigned depending on the country which has been set in Licenses and Apps in Microsoft 365 admin center > Users > Active users, but the number doesn’t point the country we want.

  19. Call Forward doesn't retain the original caller ID

    When calls are forwarded to another external extension (i.e. mobile) the number that came up on the mobile is the user phone number and not the original number of the person calling who has been forwarded to the mobile. It would be great to retain the original caller so user knows who is calling.

  20. Answering calls presented from another users Call Group via IP Phone

    When answering calls presented from another user's Call Group via IP Phone, the software require you to press a button on the touchscreen to accept the call. It would be good to be able to answer the call via picking up the handset.
