Remote login for teams phones based on android
For those desk phones based on android, we need the ability to login them into office 365 remotely.

Team Meeting/Conference call
Allow for multiple organizers in a conference call. This will hopefully fix the problem if the organizer can not make the call/meeting the meeting can still happen when another organizer enters the meeting.

conference bridge multiple phone numbers
As a multi-national organization, it would be nice to have functionality that allowed all users to receive calls from local numbers. We have several conference bridge phone numbers, one for each country we operate in, but for some reason it is impossible to configure multiple "default conference bridge numbers" (the number that shows up on callerID when you add someone to a Skype call).
We can set default conference bridge per user, but this currently only affects the default bridge included in their meeting invite....it doesn't change the bridge that gets used when calling out to add people to a…

Desk phone companion app - desktop control/compliment Yealink/Polycom
I thought Desk Phome Companion app was on the roadmap for Teams?
The ability to control and dial from your Teams app and have it control the phone on your desk is something all of ours users expected from the system (post implementation feedback). Is this going to be supported like other systems like Shoretel/Mitel or is this off of the roadmap now and they are simply treated as separate devices with no interoperability planned?

When any of my user's are in a call and someone else calls them, they get blasted by another ring which completely overpowers the person they are currently talking to.

Auto attendant holiday call flow should use multiple holidays

The problem is the UI for the Auto Attendant only allows you to pick one holiday when setting up a holiday call flow. Even though you can maintain a centralized list of holidays, this means you still have to edit your Auto Attendant holiday call flow and setup a unique call flow for each holiday independently.
You should also have the same options to select for a holiday call flow as you do for the after hrs call flow.

Allow Desk Phones to Use their built in Intercom / Paging Features, currently skype for business firmware allows phones to use the intercom feature however once Teams firmware is installed it removes the vendors firmware options to do so.

MS Teams for enterprises - Provisioning
After having over 2 years of enterprise experience with SfB-Online automation, talking about Cloud-only solution for over 50k employees cannot believe it is part of the same MS suite as Azure products.
I am really keen to see MS Teams supporting Graph API for all types of identity provisioning including telephony management without 30 years old limitations i.e.:
-throttling (only solution now to use several Admin accounts)

Team Needs better user call and queue call reporting NOW!
We have been using Skype Voice and now Teams as our voice solution for couple of years now.
It is still shocking to me the lack reporting available to organization about incoming calls to individual, and call queues. These are essential tools used frequently by organizations to analyze call volume and make decisions accordingly.
As an administrator or manager, I would like to be able to reports to see the number of call made to a certain user or users in my department. The call duration, whether it was answered or not and some other relevant information.

Configure Voicemail on IP Handsets
Enable users to access the voicemail options on IP handsets (such as the AudioCodes C450HD) or on the Android App that are available in the PC Software. Change Voicemail greeting, Forward calls, Also ring, ring duration, etc.

Support for external ringers and paging
Support for paging and loud ringers is needed. Currently both these features can be used using the partner devices in 3pip like Poly using 3rd party external hardware.
There should be native support for these features as it has a direct impact for front line workers who work in larger environments and are not at a desk.

Accepting calls to call queue in MS Teams
• When someone calls the call queue and clicks on the headphone to "accept" the call in MS Teams everything works fine.
• If someone calls the call queue and DO NOT click the headphone in MS Teams, but outside (as in the attached picture),
then the call seems to be accepted, HOWEVER
o The call was not put through
o It does not even ring with the other participants.
o The caller is still waiting for someone to answer the call

Poly PDMS
With Skype for business we have used Poly's PDMS server to manage the IP phone devices. This also includes the ability to do a screen capture to see what is on the actual poly device's screen. Also they had the ability to do call control so that we could make the phone place a test call. These are both great assets in troubleshooting. When it comes to native Teams phones, can we either get these features native in the panel or just add a setting in phone config to push out the address for the PDMS server once it logs…

Record Voicemail Greeting on Crestron Device
Please add the option to record your voicemail greeting on physical phones such as the Crestron Flex UC-P100-T. For users that don't have PC audio, there isn't a good way (other than mobile app which some users don't want to have) to update their greeting.
