  2. I would like to be able to use a alias name that shows up on the participant list when conducting a video conference with a person outside

    I would like to have the ability when having a video conference with a party outside of my organization th to have an alias name show in the participant list, versus our real names. Our organization conducts video chats with our constituents, but for the privacy of our staff we would like to have this ability. Is this possible

  3. Option to change location of video tiles when content is being presented

    Currently participate video tiles are shown at the bottom of the screen when content is being presented. Give the option to display participate video tiles on the top or side of the screen depending on the consumer's preference. In particular having the videos at the top of the screen allows for more natural eye contact when responding to a question posed by someone during a presentation.

  4. Log raise hand in meeting

    The organisation find the raise hand function very useful but would like to audit when a person in a meeting raises the hand in the log files.

    It will be used to determine if someone raised their hand at a point in time should a question be posed in a meeting like "raise your hand if your agree with x"

    On Teams meeting it would be useful to be able to adjust the size of atendees picture or logos.

  7. Increase the number of attendees for audio calls and Teams calls

    As of now Teams allows only 250 people to join the meeting. Please have the number increased to make it more useful for larger group sessions, all-hands etc.

  9. Hide Learn more about Teams and Meeting options in the meeting request email and modify the text, Join Microsoft Teams Meeting

    I would like to hide the links, Learn more about Teams and Meeting options in the meeting request email when creating a meeting in Microsoft Teams. From operational point of view, it would be better to block users from changing the initial setting by using Meeting options due to their technical literacy.
    Also, it would be better if we could modify the text of Join Microsoft Teams Meeting in the meeting request email.

  10. A "technical difficulties" screen for when your video connection is lagging

    Sure, this one isn't a high priority right now, but it's a bit awkward when someone is talking in a meeting, and their connection lags or drops out, and we're there looking at an awkward unflattering mid-expression face for a minute.

    If it were me, I would love it if:

    a) other people in the meeting were notified that something was up with my connection (maybe a little message bar at the top of my window)

    b) the video feed of the person with the connection problems was changed to a black screen or literally anything else.

  12. "Unknown participant is now joining" when *call me* used

    When using the call me feature, Teams knows who PSTN dial-in users are. Why when joining does it still say "unknown participant"? It should either say the name of the user or nothing at all. (It should still say unknown participant if a truly unknown participant joins.)

  13. "Social View"

    During an in-person meeting, there is often unstructured time for socializing, and this time encourages relationship building and collaboration among employees. Unfortunately, this sort of time is not possible in a Teams meeting, since all participants have the same call volume, and breakout rooms are too formal an approach to smaller conversations to be useful in this way for casual socialization.

    Teams "Social View" (or "Social Mode") is a visual way to represent the meeting area and would give employees a chance to have side conversations before, during (as permitted by a call admin), or after a formal meeting. This…

  14. Able to watch a screen while attending a different teams ca

    Using Skype were able to join to meetings so for example one your calling in and you're leasing and in do most of the stuff happening at a thing calling you can continue watching a shared screen from another meeting right and provide input if needed via chat only.

    While using teams you can only watch somebody else us shared screen if you are in the call

  15. Teams meeting show just those who have a camera or just those talking like go to meeting

    Teams meeting show just those who have a camera or just those talking like "go to meeting" functionality.
    Right now it shows all participants and is a waste of screen when participants don't have cameras on.
    Go to meeting allows a drop down to view the screen - showing only speaker, showing all with camera on , show all

  16. Allow meeting organiser to lower hand for any meeting participant

    Allow meeting organiser/chair to lower hands that have been raised to ask questions - this would allow the chair to see who is waiting to speak and who has already spoken but not put their hand down.

  17. Alert, Invitation only to newly added meeting participant

    Whenever I add a new team member , the meeting invitation is going to all participants.
    Pls give an option whether the new notification to be sent to all participants or only to newly added partcipants

  18. Dual/Multiple screen sharing & Popup window for shared screen

    Allow more than one users to share the Screen same time.
    it will be good if we have an option to name each shared screen and option to pop up that window separately.

    so Meeting members can switch the screen which they want to see.

    This will be helpful when we use Teams for Testing Phases of an Application. To see the data updates on different users screen.

    ■Description(内容):
    組織外のユーザーを会議に招待する際に、匿名アクセスを使って招待をしているが、会議招待リンクにて表示されるブラウザー画面が ”どの方法で Teams 会議に参加しますか?" と "デスクトップ アプリで最高の Teams 会議を体験してください" の画面 2 つが表示される。
    画面の統一する設定、もしくは、表示される画面を今後は一つにしてほしい。

    When inviting external users to a meeting, we are doing so using anonymous access. However, the screen displayed upon using the link can show “How do you want to join the Teams meeting?” or “For the best meeting experience, try the Teams desktop app”, depending on the browser used.
    Please add a setting to make these the same, or use the same screen for both…

  20. Allow us to convert the Teams meeting into the non-Teams meeting

    It would be convenient if we could convert the Teams meeting into the non-Teams meeting after the event creation. Also, it would be great if the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link in the invitation can be automatically removed from the message.
