Prevent guest to view the member's email address
We known that guest cannot view the org of company, we also need to prevent guest to view the member's email address in Teams. It's a necessary security feature as well.

List guest teams like Yammer
Instead of having to select tenant, pls have all teams in one list and mark those in other tenants with a globe. Much like Yammer.
Also have notifications displayed in the same manner. I.e one experience for everybody with no need to switch tenants.
It would give everybody a clearer and easier way of keeping track of all your teams, no matter of where they reside.

Sharing screens rather than sharing applications
When sharing the screen, in fact the screen is not shared but the application is shared with the other side. It means, if the host user drags other application over the shared application in that screen, the guest still sees the older application not the one dragged over. Every time, the host should stop sharing and re-do sharing if they want to share a new application.

Block the guest access on organization-wide while allowing the guest access to the certain team
I would like to block the guest access on organization-wide while allowing the guest access to only the certain team in Teams.
Slack have similar settings, so it would be great if Teams would have the feature.26 votes -

Please enable an audit feature for lobby admits
Please add audit functionality for Teams for who admitted people from the lobby and what time they were admitted.
This allows us to add who audit who was in a meeting from outside our org or federated orgs.

Specify who can/can't admit participants from the Lobby.
Control who is admitted to a meeting. Currently, anyone in the meeting can admit someone from the lobby into the meeting, including people calling in outside of Teams (from a phone). This could be a privacy/security issue.

Customize the guest invitation e-mail for a team (not meeting)
It would've been nice to be able to customize the e-mai which is sent out when I invite a guest (external) to at team in Microsoft Teams. In the Teams Admin portal I can customize a few minor attributes for the Meeting invitation, but not for the Team invitation.
As it is now, there is no way for the recipient to know which company sent the invitaton, as only the name for the team and the sender is specific - every other element of the e-mail is very "Microsoft specific".

Guest access - more control and more permissions
There are several different levels of 'guest' but very little control over assigning rights and permissions. Guests might range from an external consultant running a project to a supplier invited to view an RFP. Both would have completely different requirements. There needs to be the ability to create several different guest roles and have granular control over access to sharepoint assets. Let us manage access to our own tenancy for guest users!

Don't show email addresses for guests from other organisations
Where a guest is added to a Team from another organisation, their email address is visible to all other team members, and they are identified by the first part of their email address (before @).
For some types of collaboration it would be good if guests could be added in a way which give them aliases, so they can't see each others' email addresses.24 votes -
customisable email invite for guests
Is it possible to customise the email template that is sent to guest when they are added to a team?
for example, if we wanted to add in a sentence about our company's acceptable use policy, or something to adhere too?

Multi organization visualization
Visualization with multi account (diff organizations) is not very good. It takes to much time switching the organization, and back again. Please make all the accounts visible at any time - in a folder og tab view (or any better idea :) )

Switching tennants takes far too long and doesn't show activity updates in other tennants
When having to switch to another tenant in teams for one of my clients the switch over takes too long. It also leaves you blind to activity on any other client unless you were specifically @ mentioned which almost entirely defeats the purpose. It makes you have to switch between them all constantly and this takes a long time. It becomes difficult to justify teams use this way

Remove the need to flip between accounts
I suggest removing the need to flip between accounts to see news feed, chat, teams and channels for each account. Once you're logged to all your accounts you should be able to see all of these from the same area regardless what account they're part of. Flipping between accounts to see these things is inefficient and also is problematic with notifications.

Hi, as a GUEST in a team, i can't put buy photo profile.
It will be cool tho have the option to upload my photo profile to my GUEST account, not just my name.

Let Guest accounts be Team Owners, even if I have to license them.
Let Guest accounts be Team Owners, even if I have to license them.
Guests can be important Team members also, requiring the full access and functionality of Teams.
Creating another login in my tenant for them and asking them to switch accounts is a poor solution.

Let users and admins control status visibility to externals/guests
Let users and admins control status visibility to externals/guests. Sometimes it is a wanted feature to show your status to a guest or external org, but mostly people don't want to be seen as available to guests/externals.
As an example scenario, some customers are joined to our tenant as guests and after they see some specific developer online, they start asking for service directly instead of going through regular channels.

Manage guest access for team-level from Microsoft Teams admin center
We need to use Azure Active Directory connected Windows PowerShell to perform guest access setting for each team in Microsoft Teams, which is a quite complex process.
I would like you to enable team-level guest access control in Microsoft Teams admin center to easily manage guest access approval and blocking.19 votes -
