  1. Make documentation for accepting email invitation for new guest users who are using personal email accounts e.g. aol, yahoo. gmail, comcast,

    The new guest users are elderly folks who had extreme difficulty when downoading the teams application AFTER seeing the app on the screen, the installation process continued that is when confusion made them GIVE UP!!

  2. Allow admins to manage users who are not invited the meeting and join the meeting by using the meeting URL

    Currently, users who knows the meeting URL can join the meeting without any restriction even they are not invited. From management point of view, we believe that we should control attendees who would join the meeting via the meeting URL. So, it would be great if admins could have a feature to manage users who have joined in the meeting via the meeting URL.

    Option to delete all registered guest users at once

    ■Description(内容):
    Microsoft Teams にてゲスト アクセスでユーザーをチームなどに招待をした場合に、テナント内に登録されたゲストユーザーを一括で削除したい。
    Windows PowerShellを含めて機能実装を希望いたします。

    In the case where users have been invited to teams and given guest access in order to do so, I would like to be able to remove all guest users from the tenant at once.
    Please add this as an option in PowerShell, too.

  5. Block anonymous users from sending/receiving/downloading the image in the chat

    It would be great if admins could block anonymous users from sending/receiving/downloading the image in the chat.

  7. Guest Users not allowed to Pin (in mobile app)

    Guest Users are not allowed to Pin from the Participants List in the Mobile App whereas they are allowed the same in the windows application. Only way for pinning a participant in mobile app is when that participant luckily shows on the main window and long press to pin.

  8. I would like meeting organizer's screen sharing policy to be inherit on to anonymous attendees

    In the Meeting Policy and Guest access policy, screen sharing mode is disabled.
    (I did assigned policy to users. It has been more than a few days since the setting.)

    If a private meeting is created from a user with this policy enabled and the meeting is held for participants, screen sharing will be disabled for the host user, but screen sharing will remain enabled and available for guest/anonymous attendees who join from a browser.
    The screen sharing mode setting is supposed to be controlled by the meeting organizer's policy settings, but this policy doesn't seem to be working.

  9. Switch between display of external tenants on the Teams screen

    *English follows Japanese

    ■Title(件名):
    Microsoft Teams 画面の外部テナント切替表示について
    Switch between display of external tenants on the Teams screen

    ■Description(内容):
    現在、ゲストとして外部テナントの Microsoft Teams チームに招待され、参加した場合、Microsoft Teams 画面右上のアイコン付近にゲストとして参加している外部テナントに切り替える項目が表示される。
    ゲストとして参加した外部テナントのチームから脱退、または参加している外部テナントのMicrosoft Teams チームが削除された際も、Microsoft Teams 画面上のゲストとして参加していた外部テナントの表示は残存し、現状は削除することができない。
    不要になった外部テナント切替表示を削除する機能の追加を希望します。

    Currently, if you are invited to a team by an external tenant as a guest, and join, an item in the top right, near your icon, appears allowing you to switch to the external tenant you’re participating in as a guest.
    If you leave the external tenant team which you are participating in as a guest, or if an external tenant Teams team you are in is deleted, the icon…

  10. Please enable an audit feature for lobby admits

    Please add audit functionality for Teams for who admitted people from the lobby and what time they were admitted.

    This allows us to add who audit who was in a meeting from outside our org or federated orgs.

  14. In Mircrosoft Whiteboard a feature to allow those inside and outside your organization to manipulate items on the screen during a meeting.

    It would be great if you could provide the option for guests to access and manipulate items on the whiteboard and/or all of Teams during the presentation.

  15. Specify who can/can't admit participants from the Lobby.

    Control who is admitted to a meeting. Currently, anyone in the meeting can admit someone from the lobby into the meeting, including people calling in outside of Teams (from a phone). This could be a privacy/security issue.

  18. Invite multiple people at the same time to an ongoing teams meeting

    When I have to pull multiple people into an ongoing meeting (they may for example not be allowed to attend the whole session), this new feature would enable me to copy in multiple persons at a time, e.g. "johndoe@gmail.com;mr@potatohead.com; janice@friendsforever.dk"

    Instead of the current solution where I have to invite them one by one. First "Johndoe@gmail.com", then "Mr@potatohead.com"....

  19. Allow guest access on Teams for Government

    I use MS Teams with a US government entity (NASA). Currently, we are able to add guests to meetings, but we cannot add them as team members so they can see chat, share files, etc. This functionality appears to be available in the public version of Teams, but we don't have it.

  20. Provide the choice "Contribute" or "Visitor" when adding Guest users

    When adding Guest to a channel, Teams does not offer the possibility to choose if the new guest is a Visitor (with only read only access) or a Contributor (with a contribute access).
    And this is exactly the same even on a private channel, all guests are given "Contribute" access which can be in breach of internal Corporate Policies.
    Ultimately the documents library is on a SharePoint Team site and it has 3 groups: Owners, Contributors and Visitors.
    So why not asking the level of access when adding guest users?
