The SharePoint News Connector (sometimes) does not publish a post when a new SharePoint news is published. We have tried waiting for 24 hours without any post showing up. When we republish the news post, a post is created in the channel. Is there anything we can do to fix this behaviour?75 votes
Screen Share with recent Teams build for 3440 x 1440 resolution shows a black screen. Perhaps add an ability to see resolution or zoom or select what needs to be shared with the user.11 votes
conference mic mute feedback event does not work. Conference speaker mute feedback event works correctly. I can set the Conf Mic Mute but I do not get the event of the conf mix mute status changing like I do with the Conf Speaker mute. Please fix. Thanks29 votes
It used to be the case that whenever you posted a link to a youtube video, it would generate a thumbnail, but this is not working anymore.
It'd be great to have this back on and also make what's in here https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/38782594-display-youtube-video-title-and-description-when-s13 votes
When call from Teams to Teams or external into Teams the user answering the incoming call is using Teams on an iOS device, we are finding an audio delay for multiple seconds, in some cases about 5 seconds or more, before the calling party can hear them. Looking forward to your feedback, known bug, or direction on Microsoft's plan to fix as it seems global for iOS users and can be isolated down to Teams to Teams calling, which eliminates PSTN carrier delays11 votes
Teams is minimized on startup, the tray icon is there. I select Quit - teams exits and then reloads.
Just a whacky concept, but perhaps Quit should mean Quit? Not restart. I often now just kill the Teams process since it won't leave nicely17 votes
When using the windows app, right clicking on the tray icon and choosing "quit" doesn't actually quit Teams - it just immediately starts itself again.15 votes
At the moment it is not possible to delete a Forms poll in a channel conversation. I think when I delete my post, the poll should be deleted as well or at least the user should be allowed to delete the poll separately.115 votes
We have conditional access enabled to control access to M365 tenant. If you embed a Website tab that points to SharePoint Online the conditional access fails. Error is "You cannot access this resource".
Note that SharePoint Online is accessible if you go direct to the URL so conditional access does work outside of the teams application.
The web version of Teams also works - however switching to the web version to access the tab is not a desirable solution.18 votes
As we tested and checked, the limitation of the pixels of the images in Teams chat is 10000*10000. This limitation might cause much inconvenience during the work. Please extend it, many thanks!!!14 votes
Teams overrides regional settings from Windows 10 and shows dates incorrectly. I want to use english UI because of international environment but correct local regional settings for dates, times etc. This is not possible now. Please fix so that Teams follows Windows 10 regional settings or that I can keep UI in english but regional settings correctly as in my country.9 votes
On Mac OS Catalina (beta), Teams is crashing if a USB headset is plugged in. Teams goes to white screen, crashes, tries to restart, white screen, crash, then gives “glitch” error.

Rename of Team Channel doesn't rename associated Sharepoint files Folder-this comment has been "being worked" for 2 years - but MS has quit
Please see see the Teams blog item named the above.

The person who responded has now left MS..and this is needing to be worked.
Teams for windows crashes EACH time I close it, so my normal flow is
1. close Teams
2. it crashes and "reopens"
3. close Teams

Don't add a startup item on Windows called "Program" without any additional details.
It could be because this entry is malformed.
It's listed as "C:\Program" Files\Teams Installer\Teams.exe --checkInstall --source=PROPLUS
The quotation marks don't seem to be in the right place.10 votes

The "Web" App in Teams is a security risk since it allows the display of arbitrary web-content in an environment (Electron) that is not fit to handle this.
From https://electronjs.org/docs/tutorial/security: "be aware that displaying arbitrary content from untrusted sources poses a severe security risk that Electron is not intended to handle"
Therefore please remove the "Web" App.
(Yes I know that Team owners can block the app, however I feel that for the reasons given above it should not exist in the first place)15 votes
I have created several contact lists for various groups. I cannot figure out how to start a chat / send a message to individual GROUPS / Contacts. Please fix this as I would think the point of creating a Contact list is to enable users to quickly and easily send messages to a select group of people.68 votes
Why does teams display PowerPoint documents that are not active but that can be shared? For example, I have 3 PowerPoint documents that I saved but never shared in a team’s meeting. However, they appear as documents in teams. if I had open 10 PPT files to review, close those files, started a Teams meeting and select share then those 10 documents are on my screen even though they are not open. This makes it very confusing when selecting a window to share. If this is a feature, then at least give a user an option to turn off that feature.
