I work in emergency response and in some cases, the Incident management team are located in numerous countries. teams is an excellent way of sharing information and updating the current situation, but we would like to add the functionality of adding a specific due time for tasks set through the planner add on. This will allow tasks to be set and tracked on a very urgent basis.

When you click on the planner side bar icon and see all of your tasks, it is not obviously which team the task belongs to. Please show the team name under the task name, and in the expanded view of the task.

How can you keep the start date stable and not allow the person to change it?

I belong to several teams.I would like to integrate the planner of my team as a whole even if the task is not assigned to me. Now I can not see the full planner of my team. It is too uncomfortable to go into each team and see the planner. I would like to be able to see the integrated planner of the teams that belong to one team in the calendar by the set due date as if it were displayed in the form of board, chart, schedule.

If you give wrong info in a conversation under a task, you have to add more conversation, instead of just being able to edit it or remove it.

In planner-
When allocating a task, allow user to accept the task and then look for and create a 50min outlook diary entry for task.

On planner -
When allocating a task to another team member, have them accept the task and a notification sent to allocator when they accept and when they edit/complete the task.

When i create a new task and try to assign it to someone the keyboard doesnt stay on the screen to be able to enter the persons name.

Would be super helpful

When I have a team with many members, It would be nice if we could import the member-specific planning and not the overall planning when we import the planning in Outlook. And also when we import the global planning from planner, it would be nice to have different colors to differenciate the different member.

When a new task card is added, it either briefly appears in the deck before disappearing or remains opaque without the ability to expand and edit. This problem persists after quitting and re-opening Planner app.

I am part of a management team and we have our own team in MS Teams. There we assign tasks with the planner app. I would like to be able to easily delegate a task to one of my subbordinates without making them part of the management team group.

It would be helpful if "copy link to task" gives access to the specific task only to any individual who opens it.

We need the ability to version, track and approve artwork/concepts with in planner. It needs to have the ability to have more than one attachment to a card.

Please include an option in the filters to display only the recently updated tasks(customizable - say 1 day ago, 2 days ago, 1 week, 1 month, ......).

There might be so many tasks and its tedious to check all the tasks. This option will help to narrow down the tasks which has some update.
