  1. planner does not allow to attach file - only links

    When using Planner inside microsoft teams there is no possibility to attach file to the task. in web version of planner it is.

  2. Increase Teams Planner Checklist character limit

    Character limit is 100 for Teams Planner Checklist items. I propose that be increased to at least 255, if not more.

  3. start a conversation about planner task

    Start a conversation about a Planner Task

    When you have a Planner Board setup within your team you can have a conversation about the whole board. But since this board is likely to contain dozens, if not hundreds, of Planner Tasks having a generic conversation on all of them is quite cumbersome. Within a Planner Task you can comment, but these are sent as emails to the group and are not showing up in he Channel Chat.

  4. Stop planner "Delete Plan" from deleting Teams team.

    If you select "Delete Plan" in Microsoft planner, it also deletes the Team associated with that planner board.

    We see this as a critical bug and have already had a large presentation delayed as a person accidentally deleted two important teams by deleting the planner boards via Planner.

  5. To Do

    Microsoft Teams should be integrated with Microsoft's To-Do (todo.microsoft.com) which should then in turn be brought into the calendar functionality.

  6. onenote mention

    Implement the @mention feature inside OneNote

    Currently it's not possible to @mention people inside OneNote. Even though you've implemented templates for meeting minutes and action items for example. It would be much more easier to introduce the attendees with @mention or even better, to assign action items directly to people by @mention them.

  7. Dynamics CRM integration

    Link the task with CRM dynamics enabling the creation of service activities, tasks, meetings directly from the planner/wrike... etc

  8. saved messages added to Microsoft To-Do

    Need away to bring saved messages into Microsoft To-Do or even Planner. Currently I have to review these saved items daily. Perhaps Cortana can leverage them as well? To me, these are follow-up items. But there's no way to get them out of Teams and into a to-do manager - Perhaps flow could handle this?

  9. Scroll bars are very difficult to see in Planner window

    I need to scroll horizontally in a Planner window. It took several days for me to finally see there is a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen. Contrast needs to be better

  10. Acknowledge Assigned Tasks

    Once a task is assined to someone, it would be useful to have an acknowledge process where he accepts the tasks.

    Tasks not accepted should be shown somewhere so that a manager can oversee if projects are moving or not and if team members are actually checking what was assigned to them.

  11. Improve Planner activities assigning by multiple members

    It will be amazing if you guys include multiple assignees in activities on Planner.
    It will also be a good improvement if you add the option of including external members for colaboration.

  12. Show label colors on planner calendar

    The current planner calendar in teams does not show the task highlighted with the color of the label that it is assigned to. This only gives an all white calendar that is difficult to see items by type, priority, or if they are at risk. Example is attached.

  13. Planner tab should remember my Group by and Filter settings

    Every time I switch away from and back to the Planner tab (client app, not web), it resets to the default view with Filter (0) and Group by Bucket. I always have to apply Group by Process, and sometimes Filter by 'assigned to me', which is annoying. It would be nice if it remembered my last view settings.

  14. Add existing Planner in different Teams and any channels

    I already create Planner before using Teams.
    So, now i have 2 share points and 2 planner and 1 team.
    I want to add 1st planner in Teams (2nd planner).
    Moreover, there is more than 1 channel in Team.

    I want to add same planner in multiple channel too.

  15. Copy Planner Items

    I may have multiple buckets with similar items in them, and it would be easier to copy the items to another bucket, instead of copying text between them. Thanks.

    Planner needs more labels, currently 6 are available and we areusing all 6 and have the need for 4 more labels - at least.

    I would like to be able to sort planner items outside of their buckets in Teams by various criteria (tab color, etc.). Different sort/view options should be available

  19. Planner: Daily tasks

    A setting in Planner to assign a task or bucket to "daily" (weekly) that has to be checked off each day, but automatically "resets" each day. With a report or comment for tasks not checked off; would be useful.

  20. Add voting to Planner

    In order to help us migrate from Trello to Planner/Teams, please could you add the option to vote for tasks in Planner.

    We use planner to capture design issues for discussion, for example, and we'd like to be allow people to vote for certain items
