Now that planner has Task Lists, can there be a button similar to create meeting that appears in channel conversation and chats to add a new task from anywhere in teams, potentially enabling you to then select if it is for a task list or a plan.

The combined Planner/To-Do app is cumbersome to jump to the most needed/used plans. Would like to see a section for the Plans marked as Favorite like the full Planner web view provides.

Need to add one or two other columns to help organize. Particularly with completed section. There needs to be more ways to filter or sort for relevance. Bucket is not good enough.

In the standalone ToDo app it's possible to add a hashtag in either a task title or description. These hashtags turn into links which, when clicked, activate a search for that tag.

This feature should be included in the Planner/ToDo for Teams app.

Pop put apps like Planner/Task and editing the documents to a new window

Have the ability to create reoccurring tasks. If you have a reoccurring task set for every Monday, once you complete the task it will automatically create the next task for the next Monday.

This would immensely improve the functionality of Tasks/Planner if it was possible to require for a single task when assign to multiple users to need to be done individually or collectively/only by one person. It would be very usefull to have it a a chechk box when you have assignned multible people and then also to see the progress as with the checklist (e.g. 2/8 done).

And automatically mark the task as donewhen every body have done it.

It's great that a pop up happens telling me that changes have been made since last time I visited, but maybe some further info for me to see what items were changed would be nice. When I have 40 items and I get a popup that says changes were made to 3 while I was away doesn't help.

Please can we have more than 11 assignee's on a planner task - maybe up to 20 - its just not quite enough.

It is very restrictive that Planner can only be used to create tasks within specific Teams.
It would be great to be able to create a plan from your own planner app and assign tasks to individuals, not having to have a specific team or channel associated to it.
Planner should be able to be used both within Specific Teams, but also as a Standalone to assign tasks to anyone in the business.

Please could you develop board view available in planner for personal to do lists.

This will support different users interaction with personal to do lists and provides a bespoke view dependent on the users wishes and how they wish to organise their own tasks

There should be a way to mark someone on the planner card as the primary assignee and others as secondary assignees or contributors.

In the same way as I have access to the senior manager's calendar to help coordinate - it would be very useful to have delegate access to their tasks (planner) too.

They are extremely busy and it helps for their team to nudge or manage the tasks on their behalf.

we use buckets for individuals in the planner, we would like to be able to assign a entire bucket worth of task to 1 or more people , instead of having to assign each task , to minimize the number of emails and notifications 1 person would get, instead of 54 emails he could recieve 1 email notifying him that he has tasks to complete.
