  1. More than one Bucket Name per task.

    When assigning a task to a Bucket Name, it would be nice to be able to put he task into two different buckets.

    De schuifbalken in de planner op de mobiele app zijn te klein om te gebruiken met de dikke vingers. Of er moet een punch zoom functie worden ingebracht.

  3. Edit Display Settings of Planner

    When I am on my laptop I would like to adjust the display settings in planner so I can see more buckets at the same time.
    If I could adjust the width of the bucket display or nominate how many buckets I could view at the same time then that would be great.

  4. Decide which page shows up first when you click on a team

    I would like to be able to set the planner as the first page you see when you click on a team, rather than the posts page. We always go straight to our planner and never use the posts page.

  5. Quick access to “Planner MY TASKS” at vertical taskbar

    there is space on vertical taskbar and this access for all "my tasks" is needed

  6. Combine Tasks within Planner to a category or cluster

    You can create tasks within Planner, but you are not able to categorize them. For example a some tasks are related to each other, because they were cut to small tasks. I´m not able to find out which tasks were related to a specific higher level issue.

  8. Contextual Reminder/Task/Planner Item Creation

    When someone says:
    "Can you get this thing for me?"
    Or
    "Can you pick up these things at 5pm?"
    Or
    "Would you be able to meet at 4pm?"

    Or anything similar, would it be possible to create planner/task/outlook items from those?

    like:
    "Can you meet at 4pm?". Team recognizes the 4PM Time Context and Meet as a action you can take.

    Meet and 4PM become underlined at which point you can right-click it and choose somthing like "Add to planner as a task"
    or
    "create outlook meeting"

    Creating a planner task sets the time context as the due date where…

  9. Allow Flow to trigger when two tasks are complete.

    I have two buckets, each with identical task names and each assigned to a different team member. I need a third task to be created ONLY when both tasks are marked complete.

    This requires that the bucket names be checked and the task names that are complete be equal to each other. This allows two parallel tasks to flow into a single work stream.

  10. Mark Task as Both Important AND Urgent

    We should have the ability to mark a task as BOTH Urgent AND Important so we can better prioritize our day. This would be a huge benefit for anyone who uses the Urgent/Important quadrant/matrix to plan their day (the "Eisenhower Matrix").

  12. Automatically assign a priority to multiple tasks in Planner

    I am trying to assign a priority (for example, "Important") to all the tasks due within a date range, and another priority (for example, "Medium"), due within another date range. To my knowledge, the only way to do this is to change priorities manually. It would be great to be able to automate this.

  13. Ability to customize planner tabs

    We should be able to have sub tasks under the main task and assign them to our team. We have multi-step projects that sometimes have various steps within those steps. The only way to do this now is create a to do list on the main to do but it won't allow you to assign to anyone. Also, on the options for views, we should be able to customize the view so that we can focus on what we want.

  14. Enabling the Planner app for select folders

    I'd like to be able to add the Planner app to select folders within our overall TEAMS site, with the ability to restrict access and visibility to just those users in the select folder.

  15. Integration with RMM Platforms.

    using the Planner integration of teams to connect with somthing like NinjaRMM?
    Where you say define a Planner object in NinjaRMM then it is created in PLanner with details about the Device, and Organization it was created for.
    When creating the planner object you can choose what "Team/Organization" it should be filed under.

    Basically this would create a "Poor-man's Ticketing System"

  16. HEATMAP view in planner, see movements with an ID stamp

    If an action is moved between buckets or in anyway altered by team members, admin should be able to see a timeline / heatmap of activities by choice.

  18. From the Planner App into Teams, mention into task tiles to which "team/channel/bucket" they belong so that you can prioritize them easily

    From the Planner App into Teams, one can group their tasks per due date but it would be great if they could also sort those by projects afterwards! To do so, seeing to which "Group/channel/bucket" each tile belong would be helpful (pending combined grouping are possible).

  19. Ability to generate a PDF/word/excel report

    In our company we have to generate reports to the client of outstanding actions, and also include these in the monthly report. It would be great if it was possible to generate reports from the planner.

  20. Auto reload tab

    We are using a service account logged into Teams to display the Planner calendar on a TV in our work area.
    We need a way to make it auto-refresh every few minutes.
    That way, a team member can add a task on their Teams, and have it automatically populate on the TV.
    Our current work around is to open the Teams Planner on a web browser, and use an extension to auto-refresh every so often. Otherwise, any tasks created in Planner don't show up until it's manually refreshed.
