  1. Add existing Planner in different Teams and any channels

    I already create Planner before using Teams.
    So, now i have 2 share points and 2 planner and 1 team.
    I want to add 1st planner in Teams (2nd planner).
    Moreover, there is more than 1 channel in Team.

    I want to add same planner in multiple channel too.

  2. Office 365 Planner Link

    It would be nice to be able to click on a button that takes you to the overall view for an individual for assigned tasks. As it is now designed I have added a Planner Tab to one of my projects, but I can only see tasks related to that project. This is good, but it would be even better if I could easily switch to the multi-team view of all my Planner tasks across all teams. To do this now I need to open a separate office 365 web browser and login to Planner to see all my tasks…

  3. archive planner buckets

    I don't know if this exists, but I have tried to find and cannot. It will be great if we can archive the buckets that we finished all the projects in those buckets. I do not want to delete it when it is done, I hope we can archive them and go back to see whenever we want.

  4. Re-occuring tasks for planner (Daily/Monthly/Quarterly)

    Possibility to create re-occuring tasks that repeat either daily/weekly/monthly and so on, or on specific dates.

  5. Allow access to browse teams during a call

    While on a call (especially during screen sharing) with a team member, allow us to browse a channel or connection, keeping the call on the side.

    Use case:

    While doing a call with screen sharing, wanted to check the planner tasks on a channel. During this time, i now have to switch between the call and the channel/planner task. Would be great if we can still keep the call/screen sharing on the side as active.

  6. View all Tasks for the Team

    It is great to now be able to create multiple plans within a single Team, but now it is hard to manage all the tasks within that team.

    Currently, one would have to go to each individual Channel's Planner tab to review each team member's workload. It would be nice to be able to view a team member's workload across all the different Channels/Plans, along with other aggregate data across the Team's different Plans.

  7. onenote mention

    Implement the @mention feature inside OneNote

    Currently it's not possible to @mention people inside OneNote. Even though you've implemented templates for meeting minutes and action items for example. It would be much more easier to introduce the attendees with @mention or even better, to assign action items directly to people by @mention them.

  8. Please, make it possible to move a Task from one Chanel to another Chanel, not only from one Bucket to another Bucket.

    For instance, we use a separate Chanel for Leads/Prospects, another Channel for (planning of) External Work, yet another for Internal Work.

  9. Add "My Tasks" function for Planner tabs in Team, similar to how Planner works.

    If I'm primarily using Teams, and I have many tasks spread across multiple channels, the only way to see all my tasks is to go to Planner. That is the only reason to go to Planner. It would be much more efficient if I could see my Teams-assigned Planner tasks directly in Teams.

  10. Add voting to Planner

    In order to help us migrate from Trello to Planner/Teams, please could you add the option to vote for tasks in Planner.

    We use planner to capture design issues for discussion, for example, and we'd like to be allow people to vote for certain items

  11. planner outlook integration

    Sync the planner between teams and outlook and be able to flag planner items or conversation bubbles as tasks in outlook.

  12. Show label colors on planner calendar

    The current planner calendar in teams does not show the task highlighted with the color of the label that it is assigned to. This only gives an all white calendar that is difficult to see items by type, priority, or if they are at risk. Example is attached.

  13. Provide ability to create conversation around Planner Task in Teams

    Conversations can be created around documents in Teams but not Planner Tasks. Although the comments section provides some collaboration ability it is not the same as what can be done via conversations (@mentions, etc).

  14. Teams planner/tasks

    When i click my initials, i'd like to see all of my planner tasks in one place - instead of having to go into each 'team' and 'channel' to review what tasks i have that are due/may be due at the same time as something else.

  16. Planner Custom Views & Reporting in Excel (Export)

    1. It would be beneficial if we could create custom view in Planner (Web or Teams app)
    2. We need the capability to export to Excel. this would be very useful for grabbing task one-liners to bring to a meeting for example

    Basically, many of the site Tasks features are missing.

  17. GIVE ME REOCCURRING TASKS!

    Tasks the re-occur at certain intervals, Weekly, Monthly, Third Wednesday of the month - kind of thing.....

  18. Pin Planner tab to left panel in Teams

    Right now, you have to click a drop down to access Planner on the left panel, and there's a lot of space to add icons. Give the option to pin Planner there for easier access.

  19. Planner Notifications

    I find a need for Teams Settings to have the additional notification settings for the following of Planner:
    1. Tasks allocated to me
    2. Updates (including comments and attachments) of Tasks Created by me
    3. Updates (including comments and attachments) of Tasks allocated to me

    The notifications settings should allow existing options:
    1. Banner and email
    2. Banner
    3. Only show in feed
    4. Off

  20. Task Dependencies

    It would be nice to be able to setup up dependencies. For example within a board be able to set a task that has to be completed before another task can be started. This would be even more helpful if when the frist task was completed the assigned personal on the next task where alerted so they could start their task. This isn't meant to compete with Shartpoint or Project Manager. I'm not trying to setup a Project as much as allow my Network team alert my ground team that the network is ready for the change over that they…
