  1. Repeating Tasks would be a hugely beneficial feature - for teams like finance or any department that has many repeating tasks

    It would be VERY helpful and time saving to be able to create a repeating task, similar to repeating meetings - with the same options as for a repeating meeting ie every weekday, weekly, monthly etc etc

  2. Planner - Ability to create a task that is assigned and track able to multiple people

    Would like to be able to create a task that i can assign to a group of people and each can complete for themselves but the task itself is not complete until each assigned is complete

  3. Time schedule

    Time schedule never honour in teams meeting. When there is a time slot for the meeting, it must be ended on that time or there will be at least be a notification that you are exceeding time line.

  4. Task explorer improvement

    Currently the planner having start date and due date for the particular activity . Planner user or an employee is responsible to do multiple tasks . Means , he or she will be handling one or more than one activities at a time . For example , if we are adding a task " ABC" start date is 07/01 and due date is 07/30 , here application will calculate 30 days needed to complete the same . System is not considering productivity time or log time required for that task .Not having time tracking makes it difficult manage resource demands.Our…

  5. Copy task to multiple buckets

    When copying a task, being able to copy it to multiple buckets in one go would be super nice!
    Now I have to repeat the process many times, which is a drag.

  6. Base planner due dates on completion of connected tasks

    Create an option to connect multiple related tasks and adjust due dates automatically. E.g. After person A completes task X, person B has 2 weeks to complete task Y, which triggers a 1 week timeline for person C to complete task Z. We have a large team of individuals and many due dates are somewhat flexible - but tied to the completion of other tasks. This would prevent us from having to adjust due dates on a string of tasks because one was delayed. It would also ensure a person is not prompted to complete a task until the connected…

    In the planner category put under priority another category with 4 KPI'S regarding Safety , Quality, Deliver and Cost and after to see a graphic like in this attachment

    Users should have the ability to create a meeting from a Planner task by clicking the ellipsis and selecting Create Meeting from the list

  11. Have planner app link across multiple channels

    Planner is used to track all actions across the business but we have multiple channels for different work functions i.e Operations, Supply Chain & Engineering. All have their own Planner tab to track changes. I would like in another channel a planner that is linked to all the other channels so its not duplicated but we can go to one location to see all the actions across the business. We can then use the filters and labels to drill into the data, this would be a powerful addition

  12. Allow checklist items to be assigned to different people as well as assign them different due dates.

    Our marketing team is beginning to use planner and it's difficult to keep projects moving forward because you cannot currently assign checklist items to specific people or give those checklist items a due date, one that differs from the due date of the task itself. Buckets are great but you cannot effectively work if you have dozens of tasks under one bucket, you need to keep it all in one place, under the same task.

  13. Planner extra features

    I think Planner in Teams is on the right track but there are a few featurs missing before it will be fully functional.
    Here are a list of features that I think could improve the usability of Planner;

    1) History of all changes - who/what/when
    2) Drag and drop of documents/ pictures/ emails
    3) Notes function on the task with the same write feature as writing in an email - Bold letters/ bullet points / tables etc.
    4) Highlight on the Assigned persons how is driving the task
    5) Set up automatic notifications if tasks are completed - following a…

  14. Show me time somewhere. 30 min or 1 hour

    Some where or some button feature there should be an option of showing how much time something is taking , is it a 30 min meeting or 1 h 30 min....the amount of time something takes task meeting ...whatever....we get paid by the hour and charge projects by the hour give me a running time ...I know that if I start at 6 am and stop at 2 pm that's an 8 hour day ….well tell me that somewhere

    Aufgaben zum Begindatum und Fälligkeitsdatum zusätzlich noch ein Wiedervorlagendatum hinzufügen.
    Damit erreicht man das man Aufgaben zu wichtigen Terminen die vor Fälligkeit sichtbar macht.
    Damit kann auch ein Status immer wieder abgefragt werden.

  18. Add an "On hold / waiting for" option in the "Progress"-field for tasks.

    Sometimes a task is started, but is to be set on hold for various reasons.
    Therefore, it's desirable to have an option to mark a task as such, in order to create better overview.

  19. Ability to directly import MSProject tasks and dates into Planner as tasks

    It would be nice to directly import tasks and start dates from MS Project directly into Planner as dates that can then be populated out and assigned to MS Teams members. This would leverage all of the prior work that went into creating a high level MSProject schedule at project start.

  20. Please reintroduce the edit/delete on posts or comments. Very bad idea to remove that

    Editing or deleting comments is a very essential feature or else the redundant posts or comments will increase till they are auto deleted.
