  1. Create tasklists with subtasks. Link task together

    Make planner more as tasks in MS Project. Not as an replacement for Project, but create more details into subtask, scheduling and linking of tasks.

  3. Intégrer un onglet PLANNER

    Bonjour,
    Pourquoi est-ce que la création d’onglets à partir de sites internet ou encore pour planner a été supprimé !?

  4. Completed Cards cutting on the date

    When a Planner Card/Task is completed the completed date is being cut off. See attachment for visual.

  5. Planner view at Team level - not just a Planner per Channel

    Finding it frustrating to have individual planners for each channel. I want to see all planner items for the complete team.
    Please consider having a Team level planner and having a per channel filter on this; or a means of automatically aggregating channel level planners at the Team level.

  6. Ability categorize buckets (group by plan) function.

    Using planner App (left side panel) in Teams be able to categorize buckets (group by plan) function. I want to sort the order of most frequently used Planner buckets to the left and not have to scroll.

  7. Bucket labels in Planner (mobile and web) do not match the current label in Teams tab.

    It appears that the first bucket label assigned to a Planner tab within Teams is retained in stand alone instances of Planner. ie if its' updated in Teams, it doesn't flow through. Bug or user setup issue?

  8. Fix session expirations in Microsoft Teams

    When I leave Planner tab open in Teams, I VERY regularly am given a message that "your session has expired. Can you please sign in again? Sorry for the inconvenience" This prompt provides nothing but a "login now" button and never requests password or username. Why can this not automatically retry on its own? Why must I babysit a client that is supposed to be dedicated to this cause? Just why?

  10. Provide audit trail for Planner task edits

    Changes can be made to the characteristics of a task, e.g., description or due date, without any audit trail. It would be extremely helpful to know which user made changes and when.

  11. Have different views available on the Planner tab in Teams

    I need to see the Charts view in Teams. I need an option to display the Board, Charts or Schedule in Teams. Having a discussion about the Charts view would be useful in Teams.

  12. Add "include in a conversation" feature for Planner tasks using @ symbol

    The latest update to Teams allows users to include information from an app in a conversation, such as Places data and WIkipedia info.
    However, we are not able to include information about a Planner task directly this way. It appears we still have to use the workaround of opening the task, using "Copy link to task" from the Planner board, then pasting in the conversation to have a direct link to the task from a conversation.

    It would be great if we could type @Planner and gather task information this way. Oddly enough, this feature does seem to be available…

  14. Would be great to have standard workflows (actions) for review, comment and approval of documents

    Would be great to have standard workflows (actions) for review, comment and approval of documents. That way you can track who has reviewed, provided comments and given their approval. This could be used for shared Word, excel, ppt., etc. The owner can freeze documents once finalized.

  15. Create Planner Task from a Teams conversation

    I would like to easily create a planner Task form a Teams conversation.
    e.g.: @Microsoft task: Enable Planner Task creation from a Teams conversation

    A Suggestion should help to set additional information e.g.: due date
    By default the bucket should match the channel

  16. Personalizing planner

    Both ideas are for planner, and seems fairly easy to add:
    Adding a way to fully edit tags available, like only having two tags on a planner, with red and blue color.
    Adding ability to set a percent on the advancement of a task, like "35%".

    When date and time format is set to "English (New Zealand)", the Start and End date picker sets the date incorrectly.

  19. Planner Custom Views & Reporting in Excel (Export)


    1. It would be beneficial if we could create custom view in Planner (Web or Teams app)

    2. We need the capability to export to Excel. this would be very useful for grabbing task one-liners to bring to a meeting for example

    Basically, many of the site Tasks features are missing.

  20. planner assign group

    We use the Planner as a group. We would like to add tasks to the whole group instead of one person.

    I see this working the same way as in the chat options
    "@Team name" thye whole group is assigned this task and will get a notification about it.
