In planner, allow to tag person when adding a comment

Task Management is most important aspect of any enterprise. We are trying to adopt team and planner for larger teams. Difficulty we are facing is that anybody in team can edit,assign and even delete the Task assigned. Is there any solution to Control these right evn on development.

Using MS Teams for work and I cannot delete or edit my lists. There should be an option for this. It would also be helpful if lists were able to be sectioned off. Example - I have tasks related to the same outcome/project but I want to order them by phases or milestone. There is currently no way to do this in MS Teams.

It would be nice to have a task planner like in outlook, the you can set meetings or tasks for one years and more ahead. This functionality will be helpfull, then you need to set same tasks/procedures for every week, day, month.
Anothe way of functionality could be is to dublicate task from existing to new one.
Now there is not way to do that. What you can do ir just set a new date by adjusting task, but doing on that way - loosing a tasks creation and fulfiment history.

As for to-do, you should provide the option of planning recurring events in planner (soon to be to-do) in Teams

It can be a great idea to see week number in Planner, as it is a base for scheduling today.

Increase number of items on a checklist from current 20 to limitless and remove character limits.

The order of the steps for a Task in the Tasks by Planner app is not the same as the order shown in ToDo, this should be consistent .

My tasks is seperated in many different categories, where I can see my tasks. But I would like to have a complete list of all tasks that are currently ongoing. So that I don't have to navigate through all of these subcategories (my tasks, important, planned and assigned to me) to have an overview over all tasks.

The new Planner task list view in Teams displays that a task has an attachment but there is no way to access this attachment through teams. I should be able to access this attachment since it is sometimes crucial to what the actual task is for to begin with.

We are managing a lot of Projekts in one team. We have different Channels for the Projekts an everyone has its own Plan for Tasks.
Me as a team leader wants to have an overview of all task.

type a reminder into any chat with topic and when to remind. reminder will only show for you unless you tag someone else... like the reminder function in slack ;)

For those who use comments as a way to log progress on a task, it would be helpful to see (and enter) the latest Comment while reviewing a list of tasks. In general, more options should be available for users to configure the List's display.

The app Project has all basic metadata for planning a Project .
It would be great if the metadata that exists for a task in the Planner app are in the same way available in the tasks inside Planner.
Functions like inserting document link, actions within a task, priority... nothing different, just the same as in Planner, would be a best of both worlds!

El modulo de task dentro de teams al seleccionar un item no deberia de borrar los filtros elegidos dentro de la aplicación.
Lo cual si se mantiene en la app del telefóno y no asi en la aplicación de escritorio.

I would love to be able to print task cards including the comments, to-do list, etc. We would be using it to keep a physical paper trail in case anything went wrong. Right now all we can do is a screenshot, or just write everything in the notes section so it is easy to copy and paste into a word doc to print.

Recently when I made a comment on a Planner task, that had another person assigned to it, it did not notify them that I made a comment on the task until they also commented on the task. Would be great if a notification would be sent to the task team members assigned to that task either in email or in Teams. Thanks!

Using the checklist feature in a task, have the ability to tag members of that task in specific checklist items. Also, be able to tag specific people in the comments section of the task.

I have been very well using Planner app upon Microsoft Teams. Especially the Schedule tab that looks like a calendar on each plan seems to be highly useful, but not displayed in "Assigned To Me". do you have any plan for it?
