  2. Added search option

    Multiple search strings. For example i mark my activities with #1909 for the week they finish. We use the "Finish date" as a follow up date. (Have also added feed back regarding a "follow up" date button.).

    So i mark all my headings with a date #CW1909 or #1911 etc. I want to be able to but in multiple search strings in the filter so i can get all for example all #CW1919 and #CW1920 activities. At present this is not possible

  3. My Tasks view

    in Planner (tasks.microsoft.com) there is a "My Tasks" button that shows everything assigned and its current progress status.

    Can this be built in to teams?

    As i am working on multiple projects it would be good to see what needs doing without having to look through 20 tabs

  4. sorting

    I want to priorise a backlog list, but as the bucket is getting packed with task, I could really use a compact layout list of a bucket.

    However, being able to sort a bucket by labels or date (multi-sorting would be even better) could be a good way to review priorisation and would be a nice upgrade.

  5. /Tasks to see your direct reports list of tasks including open tasks from Planner.

    As a manager, I want to be able to select an employee and see tasks assigned to them, including open tasks. This is also important to an employee that is assigning tasks to others to be able to investigate their statuses.

  6. Task in Planner doesn't move up when you press the up arrow, task disappears altogether

    Suggest ability to drag and drop where you want to position the task, as currently the up arrow to move a task doesn't work and just deletes the task altogether!

  7. paste image into planboard (ctrl-v)

    adding a file or image to a task in planner is cumbersome.
    drag/drop, upload, ctrl-v are commonly available in other planboard solutions

  10. Sharing files on Teams Planner

    It's impossible to drag and drop a file on Teams planner or at least share a file, only possible on Microsoft 365.

  11. Transfer task between planner

    In some project I use different planner for channels so that each channel uses its own workflow.

    At some point I need to move a task to another plan.
    It would be great to be able to do that

  13. Existing Plans drop-down should include team and channel name

    When choosing to add an existing plan, I have several with the same name. When I click the drop-down, it would be better to show them hierarchically under their team and respective channel so I know which is which.

  14. Planner Colour Scheme

    Hi,
    I've been using planner within Teams and my team have noticed that the display of tasks is very bland and all tasks look muddled up together. Is there a way to get a box around each one or even a shading that's not as discrete as it currently is. It would make it easier to view on a big screen if there was good separation.

    Scrape title, description and most recent comments from Planner cards for export to OneNote or Word thus generating a status report. Optionally, post as additional section within charts.

  17. Templates for Planner

    Would be good if we could have predefined templates for planner that we can then use for repetitive tasks eg onboarding a new starter.

    This is a feature we had in Asana and have lost since moving to teams

  19. I would like to continue to see completed tasks on the schedule but have them either stuck through our maybe grey in color.

  20. planner icons

    Currently the icons in Planner tabs do not use the associated Skype for Business pictures and instead show the generic system initials. It would be ideal for this to scrape the same data that Teams is using to pull in the Skype picture as it becomes tedious to hover over each icon with the same initials to figure out who is assigned a specific task. I do not see an existing ask for this when searching here for planner.
