There is no clean way to schedule the following reoccurring meeting with my manager, he likes to touch base every other day:

Week 1: MWF
Week 2: TTh
repeat

The current custom schedule allows us to schedule every 2 days, but it includes weekends in the schedule, and looks like this:

Week 1: MWF
Week 2: SuTThSa
repeat

I would like to be able to schedule a Work Week alternating schedule and not include weekends.

It would be nice if as you were typing in a location address it could pop down with suggestions. Predictive text.

You can make a selection for assigtments that are not returned

My Agile team has core hours 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM and our stand up from 9:45 AM to 10 AM. Webex and Skype allows us to start the call at 8:45, stay on that call, and the other stakeholders join at 9:45. Today, was our first TEAMS meeting. We had to disconnect from the first call and join the second call. Is there a way to stay connected to the first call and have others join into the same meeting at a later time?

I would like to be able to plan in a recurring meeting a couple of times a week but at different times for example Tuesday at 4.30 and Friday at 3pm. Then it is just one log in and you don't have people sat on another call by accident

Hard to recomment MS Teams to folks outside my own organisation, since they can't schedule meetings with it - I have to do it for them because the Free version doesn't support this.
PLEASE allow the Free version to schedule meetings. It is a strategy that would obviously make Teams far more popular.

Is there a way you can add more options in the drop down when you update the status of a task?

As of now, we do not have "Meet Now" option in mobile and also we are not able to dial any number while in meeting. This must be added to the Teams mobile application as we are not using Teams only on workstations but on mobiles too.

The scheduling assistant on the desktop app is excellent. the same functionality should as be available on the phone or tablet. For instance the availability is not shown as clear (yes, limited space...) on the phone or tablet

Not all Team members put every aspect of their lives on their calendars. While Teams will look for meeting dates where members' calendars show open dates, it obviously can't take into account members' conflicts that members haven't posted on their calendar. I'd like to see some kind of calendar-based meeting schedule query that would go to selected or all Team members, with functionality similar to Doodle.com or WhenIsGood.net.

I love the scheduling assistant to see if required attendies have conflicts, however I have to type the names in individually to see that functionality. I would like the ability to type the channel or team, and have all names inserted that belong to that channel or team. That way I can see who has conflicts and who doesn't at that time, without having to manually enter a lot of people. Imagine trying to do this for 100+ people.

were you can create your one resources and task types. in a good overview.

shifts already has comparative options but for a resource planner I still miss a number of options

When you go to change someones shift start time it automatically changes the end time as well. So if I change someones shift from 10:00am - 5:00pm to 10:30am it automatically changes their end time to 5:30pm.

Please discontinue this feature, thank you.

once we request or decline a shift it should be removed from the list. I am wasting a lot of looking of the same shifts every shift. When I am looking at 4 houses it takes a lot of time away from supporting people.

Dvs anger jag att jag är tillgänglig på måndag kl 7-16 blir jag per automatik tillgänglig alla kommande måndagar samma tid. Vi önskar att det gick att ange tillgänglighet per specifikt datum, så man kan ange olika tider på olika måndagar osv.
