more split screens on video
currently we can see up to 9 participants on a video conference (sort of like the Brady bunch opening scene) it would be great if we could make it 12 or 16. By the way, my organisation is new to MS Teams and we absolutely love it. Well done, guys!

Ability to see everyone while sharing your screen or in PPT presenter mode
Unable to read the room when presenting as an example provides a poor experience. Perhaps a second window that we can split the screen with or expand on a second monitor is we have one. Please allow for an additional window.

The switch camera button should be removed from the Desktop client
Most desktops only have one webcam (I see no reason to have 2 cameras), so this feature is pointless in the desktop client. It only results in not having a video feed.

Smaller Windows for chats to quickly go back and forth
Would love the option to have the teams chats small like G-chats with the bubbles to quickly respond easily and effectively.

I have been using Microsoft Teams from the start. I understand that you want to engage with every end user to monitor what they are doing and so forth. But in that you have built is a system process of a dinosaur. I have been around for a while working with computers and I remember Windows 3.1 and Windows 3.11. And the design of Microsoft Teams brings back associations to Windows 3.x. It was just a Window with some icons in it, and it was pretty unreliable. And it was not unusual that files broke. Just back in the day,…

When on a call and using Remote Desktop, let the In Progress window appear in the foreground
It is currently hard to unmute without having to minimize the remote desktop session. It has caused me to use a second laptop for calls to make it easier to mute and unmute.

Scrap it and continue with Skype for Business
Teams is MS' Kool Aid...more distraction than functionality for this non-social businessperson.
