  1. Unify contacts from calls and chat tabs

    There are contacts in the Calls tab (A-Z come from Outlook contacts) and Contacts in Chat tab (from Skype). It would be better to unify those - why do we need both? Also favorites and Speed dial contacts could be the same?

  2. external chat with more functionality

    Chat with external users needs to have added functionality in order to replace Skype for Business. Images, formatting and emojis are a bare minimum of what is to be expected in a modern application.

  4. Sort/Group contacts by presence

    When you have a list of contacts, it would be great to be able to group them by who is available, who is offline etc. At the moment it is hard to see who is available just by their different coloured icons.

  5. Button for scheduling a meeting from a contact card

    Just as with Skype for Business, when you hover or right click a contact in Chat, you have a "Schedule a Meeting" option. In Teams, this is not replicated. You have to go to meetings to schedule with that person whose contact card you were just looking at.

  6. Status based on Skype Status

    If we are sharing something on Skype and the Skype status shows up as busy, the Teams status should also show up as busy automatically. Can this be done?

  7. Option to disable presence feature

    Allow me to set presence information to "Disabled" or similar, because it has too many inaccuracies to be useful and wrong information is worse than none.
    Further, colleagues interested in that information can get it from Skype for Business.

  8. Chat

    All the chats that I had added to my Favorites disappeared after I came back from vacation. Presumably, this is because chats are auto-hidden after an expiration time of some kind? I was able to find the chats by searching for the people.

    My suggestion is to persist the chats indefinitely in the Favorites list by default. And let the user decide whether they want to Hide the chat or remove it from the Favorites list.

  11. Status

    As soon as I start Teams I put my status to not available. Please make it possible to define that as my default status so that I don't need to put it to not available every day and every time I re-start the system. Thanks in advance.

  12. Display who has read a message on a channel or private chat

    Many collaboration tools, such as WebEx Teams, display an icon for the people that have read a message on a Team chat (channel) or private messages.

    It helps people know that your message has been read.

  14. Microsoft Teams Organizational Chart

    Hello Everyone,

    May we please suggest an option to be able to view an organizational chart for a tenant or company as a whole, with a possible option to print and or export as a Visio or PDF file?

  15. Org Chart Improvement

    High Priority:
    - Allow full expanded view of entire company
    - Expand multiple teams simultaneously
    - Better view of subordinates on any Manager's card (could be as simple as a number on the card)

    Nice to Have:
    - Allow users to fill in the Org Chart themselves in Teams directly (approval requests sent to IT Admin)
    - Allow users to upload different profile images for chart
    - Provide user profiles to learn more about each member of the org

       - Profile would include the employee's location, Teams/departments they are apart of, how long they've been at the company, skills, interests,

  17. Move cursor to text box upon clicking "Create a new contact group" or "Add a contact to this group"

    When I try to Create a new contact group, or add a contact to a contact group, i generally expect to click that option, then immediately type in the name. Instead, I then need to click inside the text box before typing. This is a bit annoying since I'm trying to add a bunch of contacts to various groups. I'm working in the Windows 10 application

    Ability to search for people within teams by Title as well as Name. This was possible is Skype.

  19. Ability to add groups within groups under contacts.

    Many times we have different departments within our company that could be saved as a group under contacts. However my contacts in one group could have vastly different work. Person X in Group1 could be much better to ask about Product Z than person Y might be.

    If I could add a group within another group me and my colleagues could avoid fracturing our contact list so massively and make it way more effective. The main group could be named "Department 1" and the subgroup within the main group could be "Product Z"

    ■Description(内容):
    現在の Teams の機能では、チャットの連絡先に一人ずつメンバーを追加することはできるが、個々で操作をする必要があるため、手間がかかる。
    そのため、Office 365 で作成したグループのメンバーを一括で追加する機能や管理者が連絡先を一元管理する機能を要望します。

    It takes time and effort to add members to chat contact information one by one.

    For improvement of usability, provide the ability to bulk add multiple members in a group created in Office 365. Or allow admins to manage contact information centrally.
