    Microsoft Teams の画面左下に表示される、"アプリを入手" "アプリ" "ヘルプ" の各項目を非表示に設定できるようにしたい。特に "アプリ" はストアアプリの為、ユーザーに対し制御できるようにしたい。

    The options displayed at the bottom left of Microsoft Teams screen, “Get app”,”Apps” and “Help”, should be hidden from users. Especially the “Apps” we need to hide it from users’ screens since those apps are the store apps.

  2. Team address books (and company-wide address book)

    The lifeblood of Microsoft teams is the people that that make up those teams and generate the content within teams. As of now, there is now basic way of listing who those people are within teams.

    It would be really great if each team had it's own "people" tab where it would be an address book of all the people who make up that team. Without it, how does a general user even know with whom they are speaking?

    Furthermore, it would be good to have the option for a company-wide "people" tab in the left menu, which would function…

  3. Different status color when user is busy/in meeting while different when in call

    Different status color when user is busy/in meeting while different when in call - It will help decide if user to be called directly (as of now it is not clear from status if user should be called)

  4. Collect free/busy info via Teams

    I would like admins to control changing free/busy info for users. Also, it would be great if admins can analyze status changes per user including time passed since the previous status change.

  5. Status option

    There should be an option provided to select and set one particular status and it should remain same until changed manually (the way skype provides option to set availability).
    Also, timeline to set away status should be changeable.
    Sometimes app displays the duration for how long the person is away and sometime it just displays away status. This should be controllable.

  6. In Call (Mobile) Presence When In Cellular Call

    I am not sure if this is possible, but it would be wonderful for presence within MS Teams to reflect availability or presence based on whether or not a user is active on their phone -- and in particular if the user is in a cellular call.

  7. I would like you to add a timer to the "be right back" status so it goes back to available automatically. I always forget to put back.

  8. Show Out of Office Message Even When Signed Out

    We've noticed when users are out of the office, and set their message in Outlook, it will carry over to Teams, as long as the user is signed into Teams somewhere. If they "sign out" of Teams, which someone might do when they leave for vacation, they show "offline" and do not reflect the Out of Office. It would be nice to show them as "offline" but still show the Out of Office message so the sender knows when they will be back.

  9. external chat with more functionality

    Chat with external users needs to have added functionality in order to replace Skype for Business. Images, formatting and emojis are a bare minimum of what is to be expected in a modern application.

  10. Teams user availability status does not show up in outlook.

    Skype was linked with Outlook to show Skype user status of everyone in an email. With Skype not signed in,outlook does not shows user status from MS Teams. One has to go manually in MS Teams and search for the persons in email to know their availability status. This feature of skype should be helpful to have in teams also.
    I have attached 2 screenshots - 1. Showing User availability when Skype was signed in and 2. Showing User availability blanked out when Skype was logged out but Teams was signed in.

  11. Move cursor to text box upon clicking "Create a new contact group" or "Add a contact to this group"

    When I try to Create a new contact group, or add a contact to a contact group, i generally expect to click that option, then immediately type in the name. Instead, I then need to click inside the text box before typing. This is a bit annoying since I'm trying to add a bunch of contacts to various groups. I'm working in the Windows 10 application

  12. Display only active contacts

    In skype we had the option to display only active contacts, folks not online would not appear in the contact lit.

    There are profiles viewed Offline and Date. Please unify them one way so that it is more recognizable.

  14. Next Available Time In People Hover Card

    Soon we will be able to see real-time presence in Teams but as chat becomes more and more the primary tool to contact people it would be nice when you hover over the persons name you can get the real-time presence and next available time as well. The information is already available to Teams (Scheduling Assistant) so adding it in the hover card would not be that difficult (says the non-coder). Thanks!

  17. Teams and Skype for Business Don't Communicate Status / Presence

    My status / presence (Available, In a Meeting, Presenting, Away, Offline, etc.) does not sync between Skype for Business and Teams. Overall, this is cumbersome when I want to manually change my status, as I have to change it in two places.

    Furthermore, this is especially problematic with the "Presenting" and "Do Not Disturb" statuses. When I am sharing my screen in Teams, the "Presenting" / "Do Not Disturb" status is not conveyed to Skype (and vice versa), so pings from Skype will pop up when I am sharing my screen in Teams. This is incredibly disruptive to the audience…

  18. Incorporate time into status, i.e. "away 10 minutes"

    Similar to Skype for Business, include time with the status. For instance, "Away 10 minutes".

  19. Share desktop and camera at the same time

    Need a way to bulk add multiple Team members at once by copying a string of email IDs (separated by a delimiter) ;
    At present I have to individually add each and every email Id separately; that's very very time consuming;
    I am surprise Microsoft failed to think about this in the first place.
