    現在の Teams の機能では、チャットの連絡先に一人ずつメンバーを追加することはできるが、個々で操作をする必要があるため、手間がかかる。
    そのため、Office 365 で作成したグループのメンバーを一括で追加する機能や管理者が連絡先を一元管理する機能を要望します。

    It takes time and effort to add members to chat contact information one by one.

    For improvement of usability, provide the ability to bulk add multiple members in a group created in Office 365. Or allow admins to manage contact information centrally.

  2. contact card cuts off text but doesn't show on hover

    Looking for some info in a co-workers contact card (hover on their name), the info I need (cubicle location) is cutoff (has an elipses), but hovering over it and selecting it don't work and there is no scroll.

  3. Sort/Group contacts by presence

    When you have a list of contacts, it would be great to be able to group them by who is available, who is offline etc. At the moment it is hard to see who is available just by their different coloured icons.

  4. Ability not to show Disabled/Blocked users

    Presently users of "Blocked", "Unlicensed" and even Shared Mailboxes all show up in the search / can try to converse with them. Can these be filtered out / a setting to remove them from the teams search?

  5. Unify contacts from calls and chat tabs

    There are contacts in the Calls tab (A-Z come from Outlook contacts) and Contacts in Chat tab (from Skype). It would be better to unify those - why do we need both? Also favorites and Speed dial contacts could be the same?

  7. I need a way to let my team members know I am out on vacation some kind of auto responder to put in a message?

    I am on vacation for a week it would be great to set a master out of office notification for all members to see in any channel the time for being out etc.

  8. Put Presence Text on Contact Popup

    Presence (text) doesn't appear anywhere except on mouseover for a split second before the contact card pops up.

    This needs to be addressed even without having other presence enhancements because until some of the other problems are fixed, most orgs using Teams will still rely on Teams PLUS their other corporate collaboration tool, and have to juggle what "yellow" means. Once better Presence/Status options are in place, this is a no-brainer.

  9. Teams and Skype for Business Don't Communicate Status / Presence

    My status / presence (Available, In a Meeting, Presenting, Away, Offline, etc.) does not sync between Skype for Business and Teams. Overall, this is cumbersome when I want to manually change my status, as I have to change it in two places.

    Furthermore, this is especially problematic with the "Presenting" and "Do Not Disturb" statuses. When I am sharing my screen in Teams, the "Presenting" / "Do Not Disturb" status is not conveyed to Skype (and vice versa), so pings from Skype will pop up when I am sharing my screen in Teams. This is incredibly disruptive to the audience…

  10. Make my status private

    I should be able to control what status I want displayed, including no status at all. I consider it a violation of my privacy that I can’t decline to display a status

  12. Skype for Business Functionality missing in Teams

    As a consultant I am constantly interacting with people in other organisations, especially video calls with screen sharing. Recent auto upgrade to Teams from Skype for Business has reduced my functionality not increased it.

  13. Presence across Tenants

    Have presence across tenants. I am working with some users in one Teams site in one tenant but when I return to mine they cannot see my presence. Presence should be across tenant or configurable to be like that. Thanks

  15. User Staus / Presence Information in Outlook

    So, I am coming at this from a different angle then most. We are a former IBM Notes / Domino shop and we are migrating to Office 365. We currently use Lotus Sametime, which integrates remarkably well with Notes. Specifically in the folders and views of the user's mail. An example would be that when glancing at the Inbox, you can see right there what the status is of the person who sent you e-mail because the presence information for that user is displayed as an icon next to their name.

    Need a way to bulk add multiple Team members at once by copying a string of email IDs (separated by a delimiter) ;
    At present I have to individually add each and every email Id separately; that's very very time consuming;
    I am surprise Microsoft failed to think about this in the first place.

    I 'm setting "status message" (show attach file).
    But it can only see in user profile.

  19. Out of office and available status at the same time

    In Skype for business when someone comes online while being out of office you can see that they are online (large green dot and small purple one). In Teams you can only see the out of office status with no apparent way to tell if they are online or offline.

    I think you should fix this so that the out of office is a bit separate from online/offline status as OoO could just mean you are working from home. If this is intentional I think it should be solved in a different way by adding the concept of invisible status…

  20. Prevent automatic presence / status changes

    Please can there be a setting to turn off automatic presence / status changes, and also allow the presence setting to stay the same if Teams is closed or reopened or the computer is restarted. It is very frustrating and disruptive to work that the presence can change automatically by itself
