  1. Powershell support for call reporting.

    After speaking to support I was surprised this wasn't already a feature for the Skype/Teams reporting built-in to the portal itself.

    We currently have to browse to the portal and generate the same report day in and day out, clicking the same buttons, then formatting the same spreadsheet and finally cutting out the unnecessary data for customers.

    As you well know if the data was available through powershell via the CSonline command set then we could just pipe the data straight into a CSV and provide it straight to the customer, it would literally save a days work over a…

  2. I want to know how many have viewed my announcements or assignments.

    On the page where Assignments and Announcements are viewed, include the number of people "assigned to" has viewed it.

  4. After a user adds a profile pic, it doesn't always appear next to their name in chat and in channels.

    It appears to work if they immediately added their photo before participating in communication. Maybe the system is caching their initials (the no-photo icon) and not refreshing for an updated photo?

  5. Better people visibility on teams


    1. When you add participants to an event, even inactive users show up. That should be fixed.


    2. Would be great to have a people section to easily scroll through all people, even better to filter by availability.

  7. Contact information states that user is not licesnsed for this feature.

    When licensed for E3, hovering over a contact's name, then phone receiver displays a message that the user is not licensed for this feature.

  9. Status Updates on Poeples Avatar area slow or not working

    When changing the Status from available to busy or away, the other Chat Partner can see this 3 Minutes after the Change or you can force if you jump a bit between your own contacts. Sometimes this helps.

    Then the next issue is if this Status has been changed it will just Change in the favorite sidebar on the left side. When you hover over this it will give you the vcard which Shows still available (green) for example. Also on the Right side on the top the same behaviour. The Status doesn't Change. It stays with Available (green).

  12. Allowing Planner Access / Sync With member Who Aren't Part Of The Team

    Hi all.

    Is there a way to share/engage with an employee within the business around a task created in the planner tab without necessarily adding that person to the team or channel in which the task was created?

    For example, I am in Marketing so obviously part of the Marketing team. I am creating a design for a magazine advert for someone in the HR team. I don't really want them as part of my Marketing team or design channel within the Marketing team as they may get confused and bombarded with stuff they need not see. However, at task…

  13. In the Android app, put Favorites at the top of the Contact list.

    When I click my avatar on the top right and change my status to "busy", Teams continues to display "Available".

  17. presence indicator chat and other features

    Ideally with skype the presence indicator context dialog shows different option including chat. With Teams presence indicator is not showing it correctly first and secondly the chat option is disabled. This is a basic feature people look for to quickly launch the chat window and start a conversation from mail. Please let me know if this is in road map

  19. Rip it and start again!

    If this is to replace skype business, then it is a very poor replacement solution.

    Issues importing business contacts, unable to see who is online easily.

    Not easy for users to see at a glance what we need without all the other junk getting in the way.

    All in all a very poor replacement and we will be looking for a skype style replacement and cancelling the package we are on, possibly a WhatApp style replacement.

  20. Get more people working on your backlog.

    Consider:
    You are part of a HUGE HUGE HUGE company yet people are not appreciating your efforts as much as you deserve. Pull some higher resources using your determined confidence and get Teams to support Emojis - morale before usability!!! :D
