Some users may consider this GIF insensitive
This GIF is seen on the Microsoft Teams' page for accepting any new member requests. The drawing of the person in a meditative pose has a Hindu/Buddhist religious connotation and should not be used ... just as Microsoft wouldn't use a Christian kneeling for prayer or a Muslim sitting for Prayer as part of a GIF.

coffee emote addition to the list of quick reactions
In the list of quick reactions to messages, I feel it would be nice to have the coffee symbol as one of the reactions. It would be more fun than a thumbs up but not as forward as a heart feels.

Give Us Uncensored GIFs
Seriously, this needs to happen. Give us an option for the full use of Giphy regardless of what the content is. The only options I have are moderate and strict filers, which basically give me nothing I would want to send anyone. We are all adults, and some workplaces have vastly different cultures where what may be NSFW for some, is completely welcome in our workplace. Give us the option, don't just outright censor us.

"ACK" Reaction
I know there are a few similar suggestions floating around, but I would really like to see the option to react to a message that isn't tied to an emotion (ie, like, sad, angry). Just a simple "ACK" emblem, to indicate that you have read the message and acknowledge it.
Often times, just clicking "like" to acknowledge can lead to confusion, depending on the tone of the message.

Add an option to put reactions in Meetings
Hi there! I have been using MS Teams for a long time, and it has been great experience. But, I would suggest that you add an option to show Reactions, like "Thumbs Up", "Dislike", "Laugh", etc. in-meeting.
This is would help people to show their feelings and reactions if their mic isn't working...1 vote -

collapse gif
Create a setting to automatically collapse/hide Gifs in Teams Meeting Chats, Teams Channels, Group Chats.
Other communication platforms (SLACK!) has this option.
I have Teams up constantly visible on a secondary monitor, and not having a setting to automatically collapse GIFs will result in me constantly cursing us shifting to Teams company wide.
Please give me a setting to help me not feel like a curmudgeonly old man by constantly grumbling about my coworkers posting reaction GIFs.

stop animation
Dear Team, it would be helpful if one could deactivate the animation of the emojis, just like in skype. That they are moving constantly is distracting.

Hello please make the "top dollar cool sign". You know the one divers do when everything is cool under water. Conncet thumb and pointer finger, you know that is nice. As an emoji. I really like it. And send it to my friends.
