  1. Forward call queues - option to protect or allow call forwarding on call queues

    I would like to have the option that would allow call queues to be forwarded and treated like forward settings.

    Lets say, all call queues are protected by default, eq 'Company Primary Queue' does not allow members to forward call externally.
    But many times we need the option on a call queue to be forwarded and treated like any other forwarding call options. This way Microsoft could opt it allowing forwarding for call queues.

  2. Add the bottom gallery view for teams meeting.

    The new updated teams added the view galllery at side and top feature for teams meeting. We want the old view too. So if there was availabilty of the option for viewing gallery bar at the bootom of screen, it would be great.

  5. monitor sharing

    If I want to share my monitor, I don't want to share the whole monitor. Only a part of it, so I won't show sensible parts of what is seen there. The red line around my monitor, which shows, that this is my shared content, has to be movable.

  6. Missed call alerts

    In addition to showing a missed call in a chat history (already an idea I've voted for) show the alert over the phone icon, not as an activity.

  7. Dialpad: Set default "Call As" option when dialing out using tel: shortcuts and Teams Certified devices.

    We have the ability to call out as a delegate, however we have to manually select "Call As [Delegator]" from the dialpad. If we want the outbound call recipient to see our caller ID as the delegator, we need to manually select this option; however when using a tel: shortcut or a Teams Certified device (Such as the Yealink MP50) to make an outbound call, there is no option to select which number to dial out with. This means we still need to copy and paste the phone number into the dialpad if we want our caller ID to show…

  8. secondary ringer for call queue calls

    The secondary ringer works well for us. However if a call agent is apart of a call queue the secondary ringer settings do not work.

    Apolgoies if this has been raised before but I could not find anything relating specifically to secondary ringer with calls from a call queue.

  9. Fix Mute timeout on PSTN. Send RTCP or Keepalives rather than No Media

    After several months of troubleshooting, Microsoft have finally admitted that the issue of call drops and conference participant drops when muting, are by design. When a participant mutes their client (mobile, desktop, or web), the SIP traffic stops sending media, but doesn;t send any for of keepalive to appease Tier 1 carriers that implement NO RTP timers.

    The science behind this is that there are Communications RFC’s from the IETF that all providers agree to. One of these suggests that in the event of no RTP being received from the far end, a timer will be set in order to…

  10. Show my phone number visibility setting needed

    Currently there is now way to change visibility of phone number when calling with Teams.

    Most of my contacts are complaining that they are not seeing my phone number when I'm calling to them with Teams.

    Settings should be something like: Who can see my phone number when calling: No one / My contacts / Anyone

  14. Call History – Make forwarded calls visible

    Dear Sirs,
    We are using Teams including Calling. We have a small team with Call Forwarding active, within 20 Seconds no Answer the call is forwarding to each Team Member.

    Each Team Member will see the call during ringing with “forwarded by name of user” but in the history it looks like it was a direct personal call. The problem is that everyone is now trying to call back.

    In the pictures there is how the call forwarding settings are, how the current history looks like and how a forwarded call look like when ringing. Although there is an idea…

  15. While screen sharing is on and while in recording status.. While the presentation is given control to other person, recordin stops

    Keep the recording on until the call ends or manually a person stops it, it should not stop recording as the presentation is given control to the other person

  17. custom music on hold for non Teams inbound callers

    Every phone system i've used allowed custom background music.

    Teams only allows that for Team to Team callls/meetings.

    I need it for when my customers call and I put them on hold. Few of them use Teams.

    MS default music is god awful.

  18. Provide more user control over voice mails

    Current feature of voice mails is really poorly designed without any regard to user privacy or content. Please provide at least one or the following features -

    1. Allow global control to enable / disable sending voice messages
    2. Make sending voice mails on missed calls opt in using a prompt (OR) allow review of recorded voice mail before sending
    3. Allow users to listen to / delete sent voice mails

  19. call using drag and drop

    When transferring calls, it can be done ******* if calls can be transferred using a drag and down method. This way a receptionist can have the call active in the Calls window and transfer by dragging the call to a contact name/contact card.
