  1. Voice enabled channels - Allow Private Channels to be used

    When assigning a call queue to a Team's channel, all members of the Team becomes agents for the call queue.
    It would be interesting to be able to assign the call queue to a private channel so a single Team could be used for a team but limit the people who would be part of the call queue.

  3. Auto Attendant speed to Call Queue

    I'm very surprised I can't find any previous UserVoice items about AA transfer speed to a Call Queue. Having the AA in the loop to get Business Hours feature of AA, adds a 6-7 sec. delay into every incoming Call for customer. I this normal / acceptable for everyone?.

  4. Change my call layout back the way it was- I don't like the change!

    go back to the previous layout of the call screen or give me the choice of how I want my screen laid out.

    The "new" Calling Experiences UI puts call history front and centre taking up most of the screen real-estate.
    Our users who use the calling app and features regularly are feeding back that it makes no sense having the history as the focus for the calling app, rather the "Speed Dial" which is used the most to call people should be front and centre or enable some flexibility / customisation options.

  6. Allow users to select their preferred Calls view in Teams

    The latest update to Teams includes a poor view that prioritises call history over everything else.
    This is much worse than the previous view, where Speed dials were prioritised.
    Not all of us need or want to see a huge call history pane.
    Give us the option to rearrange the Calls panes, so that if we don't need to see a huge call history, we can resize the pane and drag it off to the Right, and move the Speed dial back to the centre, that you've shoved off to the right and made really small.

  7. Green Button to Answer Call

    Desktop version.
    Highlight the "answer" button as green. The "don't answer" is red and the others are purple. The eye draws to the red and I always end up cancelling the phone call.

  8. Help! New lawn care owner

    Good Morning everyone.

    I recently just purchased my first home, and unfortunately the previous owners didn't take care of their lawn. I live in Canada, so I have about 2-3 months left of good warm weather before snow comes in.

    Is there anything I can do, to get a really good head start on getting grass next season? currently I believe the yard is covered in what looks like crabgrass, and weeds, no real grass.   9. Please allow speed dial view to be expanded (how it was prior to update)

    Please move the speed dial the left side of the screen and expand the view like it was before this update. This is the main function I use on this tab and there way to configure the new layout so that the calls history is minimized. I use the Speed Dial view solely and with the update I can no longer view full name and status, even if I maximize the screen.

  10. Should be 1-click option to hide call history

    Users should have a default setting to not display the call history on the main Calls screen. People are regularly within viewing distance of colleague's screens. There should be a setting to only display call history when owner specifically clicks to display it. Otherwise it's not displayed where any passerby can view what may be confidential information.

  11. add original callee to call notification if call forwarded to call queue

    When a call is forwarded from a user to a call queue, the agent does not see who is forwarding the call. The call notification only shows that it is a call queue call. The call notification should indicate that it is a call for the call queue AND who is forwarding the call.

    The call history in Teams (the "History" list under "Calls") seems to be limited to 100 entries. Is there any possibility to change that?

    Ability to hide specific ressource accounts of Auto Attenant and Call Queue from Teams address book search. When building an IVR with Auto Attenant containing multiple Call Queues, the Call Queues (ressrouce accounts) need to be hidden from Teams address book.

  15. Ability to delete or tag Teams Channel Call Queue voicemails

    We need a way for everyone on the queue to know that someone is handling a voicemail so multiple people don't call back the same person.

  17. Fixed width of "Recent" section in "Calls"

    The calls layout now features a very broad "Recent" section and a very narrow "Speed dial" section with no apparent way to adjust the width. Looks funny on widescreen and speed dial is de facto limited to a mere single digit number of contacts.

    Since the broad "Recent" section produces only empty space, I suggest limiiting it to a fixed width (of 25 chars per name plus suitable widths for duration and date) on all screens and using the remaining space on the right for an enlarged "Speed dial" section.

  18. Put Teams look for Contacts back the way it was!!!!

    How was this an improvement from how it used to be?? My contacts are now on this small menu on the right hand side of my screen and a HUGE page full of my call history. I could careless what my call history is - I want to be able to see all of my most used contacts instead - just the way it used to be. So much easier to see if someone was available and also the new menu on the side does not show ALL of my regular contacts I use anymore. I have to do searched…

  19. Turn the "Answer Call" button(s) Green

    I often accidentally hang up on incoming calls, because the only noticeable button on the incoming-call pop-up (big, red) is the "hang up" button. The "answer call" icons are the same color as the background field. If these buttons were more visible, and colored green, it would be much harder to make this mistake.
