  1. Send the popup notifying incoming call to the front

    ■Description(内容):
    電話着信時にポップアップが最背面に表示されてしまう事象が多くのユーザーで発生します。
    サインアウトや再インストールで事象が改善するが、電話の着信をビジネスで利用する場合に着信に気づけない動作は致命的です。
    早急に改善するよう強く要望いたします。

    When receiving incoming calls in Teams, many users cannot notice the calls because the popup notification sometimes displays at the back of other windows. By signing out or reinstalling Teams, the issue will be fixed, but it might affect our business a lot if users missed important business calls because of this.
    Please fix this behavior as soon as possible to display incoming calls popup at the front always.

  2. call quality alerting

    For both Teams and Skype we need the ability to generate automated alerts if the call quality drops below pre-defined thresholds. This should provide an insights that might help isolate root cause so action can be taken as appropriate.

  3. Improve the "Choose a person to consult" and "Transfer the call" workflows

    During both the Transfer and Consult and Transfer workflow, the following improvements could be made:

    1) Keep focus on the Search box -- this loses focus half a second after opening
    2) Show more than 4 users in the box at once
    3) Prioritize the search box by frequency of contact (i.e. most transferred to)
    4) Allow Voice as the default Consultation method

  4. Cellular call option

    Please add a ring-out option to the Teams mobile app when WiFi is unavailable (i.e., outgoing calls are dialed over cellular networks, not data networks).

    This will prevent excessive data usage when in an area where WiFi is unavailable.

  5. Contact presence contacts list using the calls feature.

    I have noticed that I cannot tag a contact to notify me when their presence changes from my contacts list using the calls feature. It can only seem to be done via chat. Is this by design or am I not doing something?

  6. The new Call feature:

    Can you make the Call contact quick list a "little" more compact?
    I don't want to blody scrool to find someone.

    A list would do fine. I'm braking my neck just trying to find who I want to contact. I'm not blind. Whos designing this stuff???

    My video call option is greyed. It is disabled. How can i enable video call?

  8. Telephony in teams with CTI

    Teams do not seem to release a CallerID.

    However, this is absolutely necessary to identify the caller in the Teams client.

    An appropriate adapter can then be programmed. Teams has to handle the CallerID in the same way as the Skype for Business Client does.

    The development must offer a call event (API).

    The Skype for Business is unfortunately not being developed further, so the telephony options should also be adopted by Teams.

    Please work on it.

  9. Public Channel for Broadcasting outside organization as livestream

    One should be able to schedule event and let outside world to watch the broadcast on browser. Just like Facebook live or broadcast to those RSVPed for the event.

  10. Joining a meeting should NOT auto-mute your microphone!

    I use my computer as my VOIP soft phone. When a user screen-shares with me in Teams, I don't want it muting my microphone because I am in the middle of a call - sometimes, i am in the middle of a sentence.

  11. Call Queue Disconnect with Message

    Call Queues should have a third overflow option. "Disconnect after message". Not only disconnect or disconnect with busy signal, but the option to play a message before it disconnects.

  12. I wish we had control over how many video/people display in a meeting, and be able to adjust the proportion of video to shared content

    I would like more control over the proportion of video to shared content, and be able to see more than the most recent 4 speakers in video.

  13. Talking simultaneously

    Simultaneous talking doesn't work, and makes it really hard to understand people in unorganized group conversations. You cannot interrupt other people mid-sentence, it just cuts you out - which is a big problem if what you were going to say would prevent a huge misunderstanding. Other voice chat software like Discord (or regular phones) don't have this problem.

  14. Mute email and other alerts whilst on a call

    Would be helpful if email and other alerts could be mutes whilst on a call.

  15. Move call out of the screen share

    The overlay with controls for ending the screen share, hang up, mute and so on are very annoying when using only one screen. There should be a way to hide those as the bar at the top does.

  16. Dialpad in mobile by default

    On iOS (and likely Android) - after selecting the call tab at the bottom of the screen, you first see history and voicemail, and to dial a new number, you have to hit the tiny phone icon in the top right, and then you have to click the dialpad - too many taps to just dial a number.

  17. Call a channel using the mobile app

    In the desktop app you can set up a call which is recorded in the channel and other people can see that it's happening. Currently on the mobile app you can only direct call another person or group of people

  18. Ability to Schedule Emailed Call Logs / Reports

    It would be great to have custom call logs sent out each week at a certain time. One feature Skype is really missing. you can pull the data but it is hard to find and it would be better if it was automated.

  19. Set a main camera screen when presenting

    I record our team meetings and want to be able to just show the main speaker - not a split screen for recording please. I don't need to see the participants who dial in on the main screen, icons will do

  20. Ability to add a call to an existing outbound call via phone number - create a conference on the fly

    When placing a call to a direct number, we do not have any ability to add another call to the current call. This is putting a massive strain on our business as we typically conference in vendors together on the fly.
