  2. Skype Room System + Teams doesn't provide dial pad once a call is connected

    Using a Skype Room System with an E5 license allows you to initiate a telephone call either via Skype or via Teams. When using the Teams option, you can dial a telephone # but once connected the dial pad is no longer accessible. When dialing into a conference #, this is often required in order to enter a PIN or conference code. The Skype option allows this dial pad access after a call is connected.

  3. Make widescreen option in video calls

    When there are only 2 video callers on Teams, you can see the video in widescreen mode. However, with 3 or more callers, the video is severely cropped and you can no longer see a widescreen view of the room. This creates a very poor video experience since you can no longer see everyone in the room. It would be nice if there was an option to view participants in widescreen mode.   4. remote control uac

    We're using Teams for chat and video meetings, but would like to use the screen sharing and remote control for troubleshooting and suppport requests. However, Windows does not pass UAC prompts through the Teams screen sharing.

  5. calls come through when im on a call

    When I'm already on a call if a new call comes in, Teams still rings as if I'm available. It should give a busy tone, go to voicemail or just ring-out - but do it silently in the background. Or with minimal interruption. If I'm on a call it will reduce the audio to allow Teams to ring!

  6. Teams doesn't recognise new audio devices being plugged in

    There is a bug that USB headsets are not recognised if they are plugged in after Teams has started. The list of audio devices doesn't change even once the OS has recognised the headset and it is working, so there is no audio in a call. The only way to get Teams to recognise it and work with it is to quit out and restart the program, then it works fine.

  7. No volume control

    All of us who are starting to use teams are facing the same issue...there is no way to control the volume on the teams calls

  9. Busy Options (Busy on Busy or Voicemail on Busy)

    Provide a functionalitiy similar to the one is SfB Server.

    Busy on Busy - Incoming calls will be rejected with a busy signal if the user is busy.

    Voicemail on Busy - Incoming calls will be forwarded to voice mail if the user is busy.

  10. Show if call forwarded or from a call group in call history / missed calls

    If an incoming call is being forwarded from another user or is being forwarded as part of a call pickup group, this is displayed in the popup call notification, however it is not displayed in the users call history. The calls just show as a missed call.

    This is causing confusion for users as they see these forwarded/call group calls as missed calls and then try to return the call.

    An additional column or a different 'Type' for these calls would resolve this issue.

  11. Screen Sharing greyed out for external contacts

    Looks like there is no way to share my screen with someone outside my organization. The dedicated button is just greyed out.

    Teams shows the following message in the chat window: "... is outside your organization. Some Teams features won't be available"

  12. Doesn't show Audio Call start, stop, and duration on Chat

    For some reason Audio Calls stopped recording the start and stop times, as well as duration of the Audio Call, on the Chat window. There is no record whatsoever that we switched to Audio. I still run Windows 8, so maybe it's because you're trying to pull the plug on Windows 8? :)

  13. Ability to zero out of voicemail to operator

    When a incoming call goes to voicemail, we would like to see the ability for the caller to press zero (0) and get the operator.

  14. Support for existing Skype-Compatible wireless headset devices (Jabra, Sennheiser, etc.)

    Make Teams compatible with wireless headsets (USB or Bluetooth) that are able to be used with Skype.

  16. While in a call, add another person to the call

    Reopening previous UserVoice post per request of MS Support:

    "While in a call, you should be able to add another person (or more than one) to the call, to instantly create a group call. Similar as in Skype by clicking the "+" button."

    This is NOT completed - this feature, as well as various other features (such as Delegate Call-As) are not available in PSTN calling/Calls tab, only Teams-to-Teams calling (via the Chat tab).

    These features have been marked as completed in the UserVoice as well as the roadmap but that is not correct.

  17. Should work with Bluetooth Headsets

    Teams should work with wireless bluetooth headsets. Why work with a select few such as Plantronics or Jabra. I have a brand new Beats 3 and it is useless with this product. Supposedly it has the newest chip for connecting seamlessly with products.

  18. Disable Audio, Video, and Desktop sharing by user

    Our users are spread across the globe, with varying bandwidth strength and local policies on video calling. We desperately need the ability to enable audio, video, and desktop sharing in Teams only to a subset of users (either by users or by location). We are able to do this with Skype, so makes sense to do the same in Teams.

  19. Enhanced Call Queues

    When will Serial Routing call queues be enhanced? Currently the routing is based on the alphabetical structure of the distribution list which does not work for my call groups. We need the ability to define the routing by agent.

  20. Support for multiple default local dial-in numbers for PSTN

    Currently it's only possible to have one default local number added to an MS Teams meeting invite.

    It would be helpful to be able to be able to include multiple default local calling numbers as meeting participants can often span multiple calling areas/cities. Otherwise, the additional number(s) must always be manually added.
    Otherwise, the additional numbers will need to be manually added by the PSG member with a meeting request update after the initial meeting request is sent out.
