  2. allowing only one instance of call in a group at a time

    Currently in a group, all the members can start a call and separate meetings will be started for each member. This creates confusion as which meeting to join for remaining members of group.
    A group should allow a single meeting at a time. Once a meeting is created, other team member should be redirected to the existing ongoing meeting if anyone presses "join/create call". This would help a lot and avoid confusuions inside a group.

    For reference, attached the group call image. There are 4 members in the group. 3 of them started 3 separate meetings and I was confused…

  3. Please like with mobile phones can we dispose of historic calls and chats, most are irrelevant and do not need to be saved taking up space

    Provide the ability to delete calls and chats. Calls tell you nothing just a contact you have spoken to and chats are no different. Missed calls should be discarded after a period of time or when desired.

  5. Call dial-out option

    There should be a provision to dial-out [similar to zoom] which enables to loop in a person into a meeting who is unable to come into a meeting via internet. This comes handy especially for India where people join from remote locations and internet connectivity is poor. Dial-out option will ensure at least they are part of a meeting through audio, if not video.

  7. Anruf mit telefonnr nicht möglich

    Ich kann zwar eine Tel-nr eingeben das system verlangt eine Namen. Wie kann Ich das änder.

  8. Block obvious Telemarketing calls

    I'm getting a wildly annoying amount of calls from China.
    No one here at this company speaks mandarin.
    They are clearly robo calls.

    Caller ID registered as a 9 digit number.

    These calls should not be accepted and allowed to connect.
    Add some real tools to stopping Robo calls.

  10. Telefon Gruppenansicht

    Wenn man zur Telefon Maske kommt sind immer alle angelegten Telefongruppen geöffnet. Gut wäre immer der letzte Status/Einstellung bleibt erhalten. Ist Übersichtlicher. Danke

  14. Private calls-meeting

    Imagine you try to tell another classmate how to enter pdf but the only meetings you wont get presenter and you get to learn in that time....soi recommend something called (Student meeting) it will be able to be created by someone but not anyone can enter only whoever the Maker of the current meeting chooses who enters (it wont be in EVERY student meeting he-she makes only in the one he used BEFORE ) so please add this in

  15. Have a "you are caller number X in the queue" functionality in the Teams Phone System

    The PBX System is currently very basic, and would be nice if callers were able to hear what number they are in the queue.

  16. Show list of on-going calls.

    Display on-going call for which invitation has been accepted.

    This helps in quickly joining the call without searching for the link in the meeting invitation.

  20. In Call, symbols for "all ok" or "I have dubts, questions"

    In a call, if there are many questions, currently it's used the chat and it only creates chaos, many questions remain unanswered or are not noticed

    Add two or more symbols / switches that indicate if a user has a doubt and wants to ask a question, or it's all ok.
    These symbols can be used to indicate also :
    - if you receive the transmission with lag problems
    - if you have to go away for 30 seconds without closing the call

    also you can make statistics, and use them in webinar recordings.
