    I request to be able to select which camera to give preference in the group calls, that is ...

    If I have a group call of 3 people, I can select which camera is full screen, because the AI ​​of the camera sometimes annoys.

    When using Teams as you office phone system it would be a great feature to be able to record the voice conversation.

  4. Communications Credits Recharge Minimum Zero

    Per reference article, "What are Communications Credits," Auto Recharge should allow automatic purchase of credits when balance reaches $0. However, it's not possible to set the repurchase point for a level below $50.

    Please allow a lower minimum. As credits expire annually, maintaining a minimum of $50 means wasting $50 per year.

  5. Support for multiple default local dial-in numbers for PSTN

    Currently it's only possible to have one default local number added to an MS Teams meeting invite.

    It would be helpful to be able to be able to include multiple default local calling numbers as meeting participants can often span multiple calling areas/cities. Otherwise, the additional number(s) must always be manually added.
    Otherwise, the additional numbers will need to be manually added by the PSG member with a meeting request update after the initial meeting request is sent out.

  10. Option to allow inbound international calls to Toll Free numbers

    We have international clients and prospects who cannot always use VoIP calling through the Teams app and need to dial into meetings. We want to provide them with a Toll free number to call into so they don't have to pay the international calling charges. Right now, toll free numbers only allow inbound calls from the nation/region in which they're hosted so we're going to have to look at other conferencing providers for our international prospects/customers.

  11. Larger Call Pick Up Group

    Raise the limit from 5 for Call Pick Up Group

  12. Interoperability with Teams and Cisco TelePresense

    Teams and Cisco should work together to integrate video calls from Cisco TelePresense unit into Teams.
    Audio is possible with a usual PSTN dial-in but Video and Audio should work on SIP. Enviroments with 100 VC or more are not able to have a video call with a Teams member. Only additional software like Pexip are neccessary to build a bridge to both platforms.

  13. Default voice in "consult and transfer"

    Please give the option to have Voice as the default "Consult and Transfer" option. For my business purposes, the workflow is currently clunky because text is the default and we have to click the phone icon to go to Voice. My experience is that voice is much quicker than text chat.

  14. Phone calls in and calendar checking

    Phone call in - can Teams check the calendar (including Outlook) to see if user is busy in an appointment and then automatically forward the call to voicemail or group (depending on user settings)

  15. Teams test Call should include Video and Latency Test

    The current Test Call solution does not accounts for Video or Screen Sharing.
    A real test call example should account that the user might need to share screen or video during the call. Voice only is not sufficient.
    We have seen many times were Voice alone is enough, but when enabling Video the voice will start breaking up.

  16. Contacts - Business Name

    Outlook 2016, and previous versions, allows a contact to be stored with only a Business Name, which is a wonderful feature.

    Teams does not natively include a column for Business Name within the contacts list, nor is the contacts list configurable in any way to show Business Name without revising the contacts in Outlook. Therefore the fifty businesses stored in Outlook with only a business name show up in Teams with only a phone number, no name whatsoever.

    This issue is significant on the basis that my business is paying MS for a Phone System, Domestic Calling Plan, and Communications…

  17. Add working hours to Teams Calls

    Add options for working hours for Teams and calling so that your client/soft phone calls would go to vm if not during working hours.

    Or at a min an option to fwd all calls to vm.

  19. Exclude agents from call group if agent is busy in a call.

    If you are agent in an call group and you are busy in a call, incoming calls to the call group are interupting the ongoing call and you can not listen/speak to the counterparty.

    If you are in a call incoming calls to a call group should exclude agents who are in a call.
