  1. Improve integration on hybrid enviroment after password change for domain user

    We found out that when we change password on DC, O365 tennant does not realize that there was password change for hour, maybe two.
    During that time when you send screen share other user does not even receive screen share request.

    After 3-4 request attempts O365 request user to login again with new password.

    I think DC ->O365 tennant password sync should be highest level communication, and preferably in realtime.

    Also Teams shoud give user feedback that screenshare request was not succesfully sent.

  2. peer to peer calling chrome error message

    As mentioned in case number 14276459

    When you make a peer to peer call in chrome the error message states to use edge or chrome or download the app. Problem is users are in chrome and the error message says to use chrome. So people call for support thinking it is an issue on their computer that we can resolve.
    If the error message could better inform the user to use edge or the app for peer to peer calling that would be great.

  3. Display voicemail transcription in the voicemail/activity feed

    Include ability to see voicemail transcription in the activity feed - this already gets emailed to us via Skype for Business/Outlook.

  4. Teams AutoAttendant DTMF Timeout

    Add Option to choose an user in Organisation / voice app if DTMF is the only option enabled in AutoAttendant and Caller do not press anything….. actually caller hears option-menue endless….. it would be nice that an DTMF-"Fallback" Timer can be configured and Fallback number can be configured (user in Organisation / voice app or operator)

  6. Call duration log displayed after a call is finished

    After a call, it would be nice to have a record showing the duration, just as in Skype for Business

  7. Remove privacy from P-Asserted Identity

    Please remove the Privacy: id from activated P-Asserted Identity.
    The P-Asserted Identity is very useful but the Privacy Tag that is set by teams comes to a anonymous call to the callee side.
    All ITSP that use it doesn't set it cause it makes no sense if it is set permanently.
    The providers and teams itself do anonymous calls by setting anonymous@anonymous.invalid
    At the moment you have to remove this by the SBC.

  8. speed dial

    As far as I can tell, dialing from the "Speed Dial" cards only enables calling the recipient through Teams, not a different phone (mobile, work, etc.). Understand this can be done through the Contacts section, but having to go there defeats the purpose of the Speed Dial cards. Skype has similar functionality - when you click the "phone" button you have the choice of number/method.

  9. Voice call not working

    Within our team when setting up a voice call we cannot hear each other despite the microphones being configured correctly?

  10. We need Time (Date & Time) in Calling History

    It's extremely difficult to know at what time of the day a call was made if there isn't a timestamp to it

  11. allow HR to enter cell phones of certain employees

    allow HR to add cellphones of certain people into teams with the org chart like regular email allows now.

  12. With Skype you could pop out a message and then choose "Always on top" which allowed using Skype with Remote desktop. So I cant use teams.

    When using remote desktop, you can use Skype (with a microphone) by popping out the message and choosing (on the top left) "Always on top". The discussion then is on top during a remote desktop allowing voice discussions while in a remote desktop session. In Teams this feature seems to not be available. So I cannot use Teams.

    I would like to see the feature to get call data of between [servers and client] and client without uploading csv or tsv file which contain tenant data information to Teams Call quality dashboard.

  15. Extension number -> Display name (Reverse Number Lookup)

    If we enter an extension (4-digit) number, we get the correct E.164 number (with help from normalization rules). However, we do not get the corresponding Display Name from the GAL, only contacts from the current users Outlook contact store are displayed.

  16. IVR availibility Direct Routing

    IVR's are a core part of clients requirements in terms of voice functionality... press 1 for admin.. press 2 for sales... What is MS doing with this for direct routing within teams?

  17. Bi-directional screen sharing

    Bi-directional screen sharing would be of benefit in some scenarios where two individuals need to share their screens with one another for instructions or verification.

  18. Toll-free numbers should not require a calling plan

    For all phone companies I'm aware of, including ILECs, when you get a toll free number, the number is free and you only pay for the minutes.

    For toll-free numbers on Teams, I'm required to buy a calling plan as well. That's effectively like getting taxed on tax, or paying your minute rates twice.

    It was a good move to remove phone plan and E1 license requirement (I found a way around by using Skype plan 2 instead). It'll make Teams more useful to a lot of people for voip calling, but for good adoption for toll-free, you need to…

  19. I hang up on mobile and desktop doesn't hang up

    Both desktop and mobile apps concurrently call, if I pickup the mobile app version, then carry out the call, and then hang up on mobile - desktop call stays open

  20. teams setup performance for phone system

    when i add a phone number to a new user. i must wait up to 24 hours until the setting is available. in other areas it takes a long time until the changes are set. please make the setup changings faster.
