  1. Contacts - Business Name

    Outlook 2016, and previous versions, allows a contact to be stored with only a Business Name, which is a wonderful feature.

    Teams does not natively include a column for Business Name within the contacts list, nor is the contacts list configurable in any way to show Business Name without revising the contacts in Outlook. Therefore the fifty businesses stored in Outlook with only a business name show up in Teams with only a phone number, no name whatsoever.

    This issue is significant on the basis that my business is paying MS for a Phone System, Domestic Calling Plan, and Communications…

  2. Add working hours to Teams Calls

    Add options for working hours for Teams and calling so that your client/soft phone calls would go to vm if not during working hours.

    Or at a min an option to fwd all calls to vm.

  3. Call forwarding in "Calls Tab"

    Display call forwarding options directly in the "Calls" tab. Right now I have to go to the settings to have a look into this settings (even if I'm unsure, that I deactivated the call forwarding).
    -> Faster access to call forwarding.

  5. Exclude agents from call group if agent is busy in a call.

    If you are agent in an call group and you are busy in a call, incoming calls to the call group are interupting the ongoing call and you can not listen/speak to the counterparty.

    If you are in a call incoming calls to a call group should exclude agents who are in a call.

    Will there be the ability to set business hours for Call Queues, like you can for AAs and Sfb Server Response Groups?

  9. Double click on video to maximize window

    When window is not maximized you should be able to double click the video call to maximize the screen

  10. Support 4K Webcams

    Currently Teams tops out at 1080p resolutions for Webcameras. One thing I have done on a regular basis is use a 4K Webcamera (such as Logitech Brio) and point it at a whiteboard so I can collaborate with remote colleagues in a whiteboarding session.

    Other competitor tools (that shall remain nameless), support full 4K resolutions (bandwidth permitting), there is a clear and noticeable difference in the resolution and ability to conduct such whiteboarding sessions in Microsoft Teams.

  11. Improve integration on hybrid enviroment after password change for domain user

    We found out that when we change password on DC, O365 tennant does not realize that there was password change for hour, maybe two.
    During that time when you send screen share other user does not even receive screen share request.

    After 3-4 request attempts O365 request user to login again with new password.

    I think DC ->O365 tennant password sync should be highest level communication, and preferably in realtime.

    Also Teams shoud give user feedback that screenshare request was not succesfully sent.

  12. peer to peer calling chrome error message

    As mentioned in case number 14276459

    When you make a peer to peer call in chrome the error message states to use edge or chrome or download the app. Problem is users are in chrome and the error message says to use chrome. So people call for support thinking it is an issue on their computer that we can resolve.
    If the error message could better inform the user to use edge or the app for peer to peer calling that would be great.

  13. Display voicemail transcription in the voicemail/activity feed

    Include ability to see voicemail transcription in the activity feed - this already gets emailed to us via Skype for Business/Outlook.

  14. Teams AutoAttendant DTMF Timeout

    Add Option to choose an user in Organisation / voice app if DTMF is the only option enabled in AutoAttendant and Caller do not press anything….. actually caller hears option-menue endless….. it would be nice that an DTMF-"Fallback" Timer can be configured and Fallback number can be configured (user in Organisation / voice app or operator)

  16. Call duration log displayed after a call is finished

    After a call, it would be nice to have a record showing the duration, just as in Skype for Business

  17. Subtle secondary ringer when already on a call

    When on a call. If a second call comes on, the ringtone drowns out the current call.

    Make the second call ringtone more subtle, similar to how it works on a mobile/cell phone.

  18. Remove privacy from P-Asserted Identity

    Please remove the Privacy: id from activated P-Asserted Identity.
    The P-Asserted Identity is very useful but the Privacy Tag that is set by teams comes to a anonymous call to the callee side.
    All ITSP that use it doesn't set it cause it makes no sense if it is set permanently.
    The providers and teams itself do anonymous calls by setting anonymous@anonymous.invalid
    At the moment you have to remove this by the SBC.

  19. speed dial

    As far as I can tell, dialing from the "Speed Dial" cards only enables calling the recipient through Teams, not a different phone (mobile, work, etc.). Understand this can be done through the Contacts section, but having to go there defeats the purpose of the Speed Dial cards. Skype has similar functionality - when you click the "phone" button you have the choice of number/method.

  20. Voice call not working

    Within our team when setting up a voice call we cannot hear each other despite the microphones being configured correctly?
